Menteri Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional (PPN) Kepala Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional (Bappenas) Suharso Monoarfa memberikan ceramah yang disampaikan saat acara Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dengan tema ”Reformulasi Sistem Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional Model GBHN Sebagai Haluan Penyelenggaraan Negara” pada hari Senin (14/09/2020), di Jakarta.
Sebelumnya, Presiden Joko Widodo pernah mengutarakan harapannya jika Indonesia di tahun 2045 mendatang bisa bertransformasi menjadi kekuatan besar ekonomi dunia. Pandemi ini diharapkan bisa menjadi momentum perbaikan diri dan lompatan kemajuan.
“Saatnya kita bajak momentum krisis untuk melakukan lompatan-lompatan besar. Pada usia ke-75 tahun ini, kita telah menjadi negara upper middle income country dan 25 tahun lagi, pada usia seabad Republik Indonesia, kita harus mencapai kemajuan yang besar, menjadikan Indonesia Negara Maju,” ujarnya Presiden Joko Widodo dalam pidatonya di Sidang Tahunan MPR dan Sidang Bersama DPR dan DPD pada Jumat, 14 Agustus 2020 lalu.
Sesuai dengan visi Presiden tersebut, maka diharapkan di tahun 2045 mendatang Indonesia menjadi Negara Maju dan masuk ke dalam 5 Negara Terbesar PDB Dunia. Visi Indonesia 2045 menekankan bahwa Indonesia tidak boleh lagi terbawa struktur ekonomi kolonial agar dapat mencapai Indonesia Emas 2045.
Pertumbuhan PDB perkapita di tahun 2045 ditargetkan mencapai 23.199 USD. Pada 2036 nanti, Indonesia bisa menjadi negara berpendapatan tinggi, dan di tahun 2045 Indonesia menjadi PDB terbesar ke-5 dunia. Dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi tinggi dan inklusif, diharapkan Indonesia dapat meningkatkan jumlah penduduk kelas pendapatan menengah hingga 70 persen di tahun 2045.
“Untuk struktur ekonomi bernilai tambah tinggi, Indonesia dimaksimalkan menjadi Negara pengekspor nomor 10 dunia dengan pangsa pasar sekitar 2 persen. Selain itu, Indonesia juga akan menjadi salah satu pusat ekonomi kreatif dan digital di Asia dan Dunia,” kata Menteri Suharso.
Dari Segi SDM dan Produktivitas tenaga kerja, Indonesia tengah menerapkan pendidikan wajib selama 12 tahun, dengan tingkat partisipasi angkatan kerja (TPAK) sebesar 78%. Ketenagakerjaan dapat bersifat adaptif dan fleksibel terhadap perubahan teknologi dan struktur ekonomi.
Sementara itu menurut data dari Kementerian PPN/Bappenas, sejumlah rencana sudah disiapkan untuk mendukung Indonesia 2045 menjadi Negara yang memiliki ekonomi kuat.
Sejumlah sektor-sektor seperti sektor ketahanan pangan, air, energi, lingkungan ; sektor pembangunan ; serta sektor ketahanan nasional dan tata kelola pemerintahan sudah memiliki alur program yang bisa mendukung tercapainya program Indonesia 2045.
Di tahun 2045 nanti diharapkan kesejahteraan petani meningkat 3,9 kali lipat dari tahun 2015.
Sebanyak 108 Daerah Aliran Sungai prioritas akan dipulihkan guna mendukung ketersediaan air. Infrastruktur di Indonesia juga diharapkan mengalami penurunan biaya logistik di tahun 2045 turun menjadi 8% PDB dan strock infrastruktur meningkat menjadi 70%. (Red/Aj)
