BPI KPNAN RI apresiasi Kabareskrim Polri untuk usut tuntas bila ada ditemukan unsur pidana dibalik terbakar nya Gedung Utama Kejaksaan Agung Republik Indonesia.
Hal ini disampaikan Ketua Umum Badan Pengawas Independen Kekayaan Penyelenggara Negara & Anggaran Republik Indonesia (BPI KPNAN RI) Tubagus Rahmad Sukendar terkait dengan hasil expose Kabareskrim dan Jajaran Pejabat Utama Kejaksaan Agung.
Dimana dalam keterangan yang disampaikan Kabareskrim Polri ada temuan unsur pidana. untuk hal tersebut dapat kiranya kepada Bareskrim Polri dapat menunjukkan adanya kesengajaan terkait terbakar nya gedung Kejaksaan.
BPI KPNAN RI menduga ada udang di balik batu. Terkait kebakaran gedung yang telah menghanguskan ruang Jaksa Agung, Jam Intel, Jamdatun di komplek gedung Adiyaksa, kita menunggu gebrakan dari Kabareskrim Polri Komjen Pol Listyo Sigit juga jajaran pejabat tinggi Adiyaksa untuk bisa menuntaskan kasus tersebut.
Dari awal kita sudah menduga bahwa ada unsur pidana dengan terbakarnya gedung utama kejaksaan tersebut
Harus ada keberanian dari Polri dan Kejaksaan untuk membuka secara terang benderang kasus tersebut dan jangan ada yang ditutupi serta jangan ada yang dikorbankan yang tidak bersalah.
Harus diusut tuntas kepada pihak pihak yang bertanggung jawab atas terjadinya tindak pidana tersebut , kita sekarang menunggu keterbukaan dan keberanian dari Kejaksaan maupun Polri jangan ada melindungi lagi terhadap pihak yang bersalah
Terkait berita hari ini kamis 17 september 2020 dari Kabareskrim menjelaskan hasil expose menduga adanya tindak pidana di kasus musibah kebakaran di gedung utama Kejaksaan RI. (Red/Aj)
