Beritaterkini, Jakarta – Crown Group merayakan topping out gedung pertama di Eastlakes Live, menciptakan tonggak penting dalam proses pembangunan hunian dan ritel paling menarik yang pernah ada di area ini dalam beberapa dekade. Mentri Keuangan Negara Bagian NSW, Dominic Perrottet, berbicara pada acara topping out Crown Group pada Jumat sore untuk menandai pembangunan tingkat tertinggi dari gedung pertama Eastlakes Live di tahap satu. Eastlakes Live by Crown Group mendapatkan persetujuan pengembangan pada bulan Juni 2020 sebagai bagian dari Program Akselerasi Sistem Perencanaan baru dari Pemerintah NSW, yang dirancang untuk mendukung perekonomian dan menciptakan lapangan kerja.
Ini akan menghadirkan komunitas baru dengan apartemen mewah yang dilengkapi dengan kawasan ritel dan kuliner dalam dua tahap pembangunan, yang diatur untuk mentransformasi daerah tersebut menjadi tujuan tersendiri. Tahap pertama akan selesai pada pertengahan 2021 dengan 133 unit apartemen dan pusat perbelanjaan dengan 13 gerai ritel. Tahap kedua akan menyusul, dengan town centre baru yang akan menampilkan hingga 80 restoran, kafe, toko, dan supermarket. Perrottet mengatakan pembangunan ini akan menampilkan 490 unit hunian baru di NSW dan kawasan perbelanjaan baru untuk Eastlakes Town Center, menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan penting baik dalam fase konstruksi dan maupun setelah dibuka.
Kesehatan industri properti dan konstruksi sangat penting dalam menciptakan lapangan kerja dan investasi di NSW – industri ini mempekerjakan satu dari empat orang di Negara Bagian, kata Perrottet. “Eastlakes Live adalah poros penggerak dalam penciptaan lapangan kerja dan regenerasi daerah, dan ini adalah hal yang penting bagi perekonomian NSW. Sebagai bagian dari pengembangan, Crown Group telah berkomitmen untuk Pengembangan Fasilitas Publik yang mencakup kontribusi sebesar Rp. 15,5 milyar untuk menyediakan fasilitas komunitas baru dan ruang public, serta Rp. 30 milyar untuk Subsidi Hunian Terjangkau,” katanya.
Crown Group juga menawarkan penggunaan lantai dasar dari pusat perbelanjaan sebagai ruang publik kepada penerintah kota. Komisaris dan CEO Crown Group, Iwan Sunito, mengatakan upacara topping out tersebut menandai tonggak sejarah yang menarik dalam penciptaan pembangunan senilai Rp. 10 triliun yang akan mengubah kawasan tenggara melalui arsitektur kelas dunia dan gaya hidup yang diinginkan. “Kami bangga melihat salah satu pengembangan hunian terbesar di Sydney, dengan delapan gedung dan dua pusat perbelanjaan di lahan seluas 4 hektar, menjadi titik tertinggi di seluruh Eastlakes,” katanya. Persetujuan yang diberikan Pemerintah NSW telah memberi kami jalan untuk maju dengan percaya diri.
“Visi kami adalah menciptakan komunitas baru yang bertransformasi menjadi tempat tinggal yang menyenangkan dan daya tarik bagi masyarakat dari daerah sekitarnya. Kawasan ini adalah titik sentral dari penduduk Sydney – antara kota, bandara dan pantai di pintu gerbang utama menuju suburban timur,” imbuhnya. Pengembangan Eastlakes baru ini memiliki desain yang menakjubkan karya arsitek yang diakui secara internasional Francis-Jones Morehen Thorp (fjmt) dan interior pusat perbelanjaan yang dikerjakan oleh Buchan Group. Tahap pertama, akan selesai pada pertengahan 2021, yang akan terdiri dari tiga bangunan dengan 133 unit apartemen mewah dan pusat perbelanjaan senilai Rp. 300 milyar di lantai dasar.
Pusat perbelanjaan ini akan memiliki area seluas 2,800 meter persegi dan memiliki 13 gerai ritel termasuk toko ALDI baru yang lebih besar, Metro Woolworths, toko roti, apotek, rambut dan kecantikan, sushi, agen koran/kantor pos, dan tempat cuci mobil. Pembangunan tahap dua akan dimulai awal 2021. Town Centre barunya akan menambah detak jantung pada pembangunan, menyediakan tempat berinteraksi bagi penduduk setempat dan pengunjung, dengan hingga 65 toko dan supermarket Woolworths. Eastlakes Live akan menyediakan area parkir yang nyaman dari arah Evans Avenue dan Barber Avenue, sementara kawasan eat street yang baru akan menawarkan berbagai macam pilihan restoran dan tempat makan yang menarik di samping apartemen yang terletak di lima bangunan. Tahap kedua diharapkan selesai pada tahun 2024.
