Kejari Kampar Lakukan Diversi Terkait Perkara Anak, JPU Wulan : Bijaklah Dalam Bermedsos

KAMPAR, Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Kampar berhasil melakukan Diversi ( Pengalihan penyelesaian perkara anak dari proses Peradilan Pidana ke proses di luar Peradilan Pidana, Perkara anak dengan kasus Ujaran sarana kebencian dengan tersangka AM (17 tahun), pada senin (28/9/2020).

Usai melaksanakan Diversi, Kajari Kampar Suhendri SH. MH, melalui Jaksa Penuntut Umum Wulan Widari Indah, SH saat dikonfirmasi awak media menyampaikan, bahwa Perkara yang berhasil kita Diversikan pada hari ini adalah Perkara anak menyangkut Pasal 45 A ayat 2 tentang UU ITE, dimana tersangka menyatakan Ujaran Kebencian di media sosial di Facebook,” ujarmya.

“Setelah kita lakukan Diversi pada hari ini Alhamdulillah berhasil, Ulama di Kabupaten Kampar memaafkan dan tersangka berjanji tidak akan mengulanginya kembali,” sambung Wulan.

Wulan juga menghimbau, kepada seluruh masyarakat agar bijak dalam bermedsos, jangan sampai ada memposting ujaran Kebencian terhadap agama, Ras atau kelompok tertentu,” tegasnya.

Sementara itu, tokoh masyarakat Kasikan Afrizal BR (Pelapor) saat dikonfirmasi awak media usai melakukan Diversi mengatakan, bahwa selaku umat Islam tentu kita memberikan maaf sesuai dengan norma – norma yang terkandung dalam agama.

“Kita memaafkan orang yang betul – betul minta maaf dan tidak akan mengulanginya kembali. Kita berharap semua bisa bijak dalam bermedsos agar tidak terjadi hal – hal yang negatif,” harapnya.

Disisi lain, hal tersebut ayah tersangka juga menyampaikan, bahwa pihaknya berterima kasih kepada semua pihak terutama Kejaksaan Negeri Kampar yang telah menyelesaikan perkara ini dengan cara persuasif (perdamaian) atau Diversi, sehingga perkara ini selesai tanpa proses pengadilan,” ucapnya.

Dari pantauan, turut hadir Kasi Pidum Kejari Kampar, Sabar Gunawan, JPU Wulan Widari Indah, pihak Kepolisian Polres Kampar, Bapas, Pekerja Sosial, serta Kedua belah pihak. (Edi/**)
