Polri Tangkap Pemilik Akun @Videlyae yang Sebarkan Hoax 12 Pasal UU Ciptaker

Polri menangkap perempuan berinisial VE (36) pemilik akun Twitter @videlyae terkait hoax UU Cipta Kerja.

@videlyae diduga menyebarkan hoax 12 pasal UU Cipta Kerja yang membuat masyarakat terprovokasi.

Kadiv Humas Polri Irjen Pol Argo Yuwono mengatakan perempuan asal Makassar itu diduga dengan sengaja menyebarkan 12 Pasal hoax UU Cipta Kerja.

“Ini ada di sini, ini 12 pasal itu yang disebarkan yang di mana pasal-pasal itu adalah contohnya uang pesangon dihilangkan, kemudian UMP-UMK dihapus gitu ya, kemudian semua cuti tidak ada kompensasi dan lain-lain itu ada 12 gitu ya.

Itu udah beredar sehingga masyarakat itu terprovokasi kemudian masyarakat melihat bahwa kok seperti ini ?” kata Kadiv Humas Mabes Polri Irjen Argo Yuwono, Jumat (9/10/2020).

Irjen Pol Argo menjelaskan tim cyber crime dari Direktorat Tindak Pidana Siber Bareskrim Polri lah yang berhasil mengidenrifikasi akun tersebut.

Akun @videlyae diduga telah menyebarkan hoax UU Cipta Kerja karena isi UU Cipta Kerja sebenarnya tidak seperti yang disebarkan @videlyae.

“Tapi setelah kita melihat bahwa dari undang-undang tersebut ternyata ini adalah hoax dia karena tidak benar seperti apa yang telah disahkan oleh DPR,” kata Irjen Pol Argo.

“Ternyata hoax ini ada yang ngupload.

Setelah kita cek adalah berada di Sulawesi Selatan lokasinya.

Di daerah Makassar.

Itu pada hari Kamis tanggal 8 Oktober 2020.
