Pada Hari ini Rabu,(16/9) pukul 11.00 Wib Polres Kabupaten Magelang melakukan jumpa Pers Ungkap Kasus Narkotika Tanaman jenis Ganja kejadian pada Hari Selasa, Tanggal 8 September 2020 sekitar Pukul 22.10 Wib di rumah kontrakan tersangka Dedy Istiawan yang beralamat di Dsn.Talun Kidul RT.2 RW 10 Ds.Banyudono Kec.Dukun kab.Magelang.
yang selanjutnya melaksanakan pengeledahan di rumah kontrakan milik tersangka Dedy Istiawan dengan di dampingi oleh Perangkat Desa setempat dan menemukan barang bukti berupa 38 pohon ganja ukuran kecil dalam pot dan polibek kurang lebih berukuran 10 cm-20 cm, 2 pohon ganja ukuran besar dalam polibek kurang lebih berukuran 90 cm-210 cm, biji ganja, sisa puntung rokok ganja, ganja kering, keras papir, 3 batang ganja kering.
Selanjutnya barang bukti diamankan ke Mapolres Magelang guna penyidikan lebih lanjut,”kata Kapolres Kabupaten Magelang AKBP Ronald A Purba ,S.I.K.,M.Si
Dalam jumpa Pers .tersangka nama Dedy Istiawan 39 tahun alamat Dsn.Talun Lor,RT 03 RW 09 Ds.Banyudono Kec.Dukun,Kab.Magelang modus operandi menanam, memelihara, memiliki, menyimpan, menguasai atau menyediakan Narkotika golongan 1 dalam bentuk tanaman untuk di konsumsi sendiri atas perbuatannya pelaku dijerat dengan pasal yang dilanggar yaitu 111 ayat 2 UU RI No.35 tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika dengan pidana penjara seumur hidup dan pidana penjara paling singkat 5 Tahun dan paling lama 20 tahun.
Untuk kasus lain ungkap kasus narkoba tanaman jenis ganja yang menurut keterangan warga milik saudara Aji Feri Fanani yang merupakan warga Gedongan kulon Ds.Bondowoso.
Saat dilakukan pengeledahan disaksikan Babinkantibmas DS.Bondowoso kepala Desa Bondowoso dan kepala dusun Manggoran selanjutnya anggota opsnal melakukan pengejaran terhadap pelaku yang menurut informasi mempunyai teman bernama Dedy Istiawan.
Selanjutnya Pukul 22.10 Res Magelang berhasil melakukan penangkapan terhadap Aji Feri Fanani dirumahnya.
Kontrakan Dedy ditemukan barang bukti 5 pohon diduga tanaman narkotika jenis ganja dengan tinggi 155cm, 130cm, 150cm, 160cm, 80cm, dalam polibek.
Atas perbuatanya pelaku dijerat pasal 111ayat1UU RI No.35 tahun 2009 Tentang narkotika pidana penjara paling singkat 4 tahun dan lama 12 tahun dan denda paling sedikit Rp.800.000.000-dan paling banyak 8.000.000.000,-,”pungkas Kapolres Kabupaten Magelang AKBP Ronald A .Purba,S.I.K.,M.Si. (Red/Aj)
