BATAM, WWW.BERITATERKINI.CO.ID- Untuk kepastian Legalitas lahan yang berada di Mako Dit Polairud Polda Kepri, pada hari ini Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kota Batam mendatangi Mako Dit Polairud Polda Kepri yang berada di wilayah Sekupang, Kota Batam. Senin (14/12/20).
Tujuan pengukuran lahan ini sesuai dengan Rekomendasi Penerbitan WTO dari BP Batam dan untuk menerbitkan sertifikat tanah milik negara dalam hal ini Mabes Polri cq Polda Kepri.
“Legalitas merupakan hal yang penting dan sangat diperlukan mengingat lahan ini digunakan untuk Markas Kepolisian yang dimana dalam tugasnya memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat terutama masyarakat di pesisiran”. Ujar Kabid Humas Polda Kepri Kombes Pol Harry Goldenhardt S., S.IK., M.Si.
“Luas lahan yang dilakukan pengukuran pada hari ini adalah 9.686,06 M2 berdasarkan PL yang dikeluarkan pada tanggal 9/10/2020 Disamping untuk Markas Komando dan perkantoran Dit Polairud Polda Kepri, nantinya lahan tersebut dipergunakan juga untu pembangunan Asrama, Mess dan Mushola serta Dermaga sandar kapal yang ada saat ini akan diperbesar dan dilakukan pengerukan untuk sandar kapal Patroli Type A dan B”.
