Denpasar.Beritaterkini.co.id. Kongres Luar Biasa (KLB) Partai Demokrat di Sibolangit, Sumatera Utara dipastikan ilegal karena tidak memiliki legal standing.
Hal tersebut disampaikan Ketua DPC Partai Demokrat Kabupaten Buleleng, Luh Gede Herryani, Jumat (5/3) malam.
“ Sebagai kader yang taat aturan, kami menyesalkan diselenggarakannya KLB tersebut. Itu termasuk makar karena tidak sesuai dengan konstitusi partai.
Tak punya legal standing, apalagi mereka-mereka yang telah dipecat dari keanggotaan Partai Demokrat. Mereka tidak punya hak suara, atas dasar apa mereka menggelar KLB, pakailah akal sehat, jangan kebelet ingin berkuasa,” kata Luh Gede Herryani
Dengan adanya KLB itu, terang Luh Gede Herryani menjadi preseden buruk dan mengancam eksistensi demokrasi yang sudah dibangun dengan susah payah.
“Jika kita merujuk pada aturan yang benar dan sesuai konstitusi, seharusnya secara legal KLB itu didukung oleh dua pertiga dari DPD, kemudian didukung oleh 50 persen dari 514 DPC, disetujui oleh Majelis Tinggi dan diselenggarakan oleh DPP. KLB Sumut ini kan aneh, dan yang datang semua itu abal-abal,” tutur Luh Gede Herryani
Penyelenggaraan KLB tersebut, menurut Luh Gede Herryani juga sudah melanggar protokol kesehatan (prokes) dan itu ada konsekuensi hukumnya.
