Terlihat hadir Kepala Lapas/Rutan seluruh DKI Jakarta, dan jajaran Divisi Pemasyarakatan Kanwil DKI serta perwakilan dari BNN RI.
Kegiatan ini dalam rangka menindak lanjuti arahan Menteri Hukum dan HAM, Yasonna Laoly, yaitu:
1. Instruksi Menkumham Nomor M.HH- 02.OT.03.01 Tahun 2016 tentang Penanganan Terhadap Penyalahgunaan Narkoba di Lingkungan Kementerian Hukum dan HAM.
2. Surat Edaran Menkumham Nomor M.HH- 01.PK.01.06.10 Tahun 2016 dalam Upaya Mewujudkan Zero Narkoba dan Handphone.
Dalam kegiatan ini Kanwil Kemenkumham DKI Jakarta bekerjasama dan berkoordinasi dengan Ditjenpas dan BNN dalam merealisasikan program Lapas dan Rutan bersih narkoba (Bersinar).
