Sidang Lanjutan Esk Walikota Cimahi Ajay M Priatna Kaget Suap Ternyata ada Pajak Dan Invoice

Bandung, Beritaterkini.co.id- Sidang lanjutan eks Walikota Ajay Mohamad Priatna digelar kembali dengan menghadirkan saksi diantaranya dr. Nuningsih (Direktur RS Kasih Bunda). Cintya (Staf Dr. Nuningsih). Yanti (Swasta). Dominicus Joni (Swasta) dan Marshal (Swasta).

Ditemui saat sidang di istirahatkan Ajay mengatakan, Alhamdulilah smakin hari semakin terbuka dimana kata direktur rumah sakit kasih bunda (Nuningsih) dalam. Kesaksiannya menyampaikan bahwa perjanjian fee koordinasi itu sudah ada dari bulan maret.

“Saya heran kenapa dr. Nuningsih mengatakan perjanjian fee koordinasi sudah ada dibulan maret padahal dibulan maret dia sendiri belum memikirkan yang namanya revisi IMB seperti yang dituduhkan kepada saya,” ujar Ajay.

Ajay juga membantah dengan tegas bahwa uang tersebut merupakan uang PT.Ledino dan tidak ada hubungan nya dengan perizinan dan perlu diketahui bahwa dirinya sama sekali tidak tahu tentang istilah fee koordinasi seperti yang tertuang antara Joni dan pihak rumah sakit.

“Yang saya tahu adalah sisa tagihan dimana saya mempunyai usaha dengan Joni, adapun pernyataan yang dituduhkan kepada saya seperti suap 3,2 milyar adalah suap revisi IMB, hal itu tidak ada sangkut pautnya.” tegasnya.

Menurutnya, terkait ucapan para saksi yang dihadirkan ajay menuturkan bahwa fakta yang ada memang perizinan itu di urus secara normatif.

” Mereka tidak pernah meminta tolong kepada saya dan sayapun tidak pernah merasa dimintai pertolongan, “ucapnya.

Sementara itu, kata Ajay, terkait uang yang disangkakansebagai suap revisi IMB dirinya tegas membantah tuduhan tersebut bahwa uang tesebut merupakan uang sisa tagihan dari Joni yang memang pada saat itu ada perbedaan.

“Pada saat itu Joni mengatakan bahwa sisa tagihan tersebut sebesar 1,5 milyar ternyata setelah dicek bukan 1,5 milyar melainkan 3,2 milyar dan 200juta sudah dibayarkan kepada Joni dan itupun ada pajaknya pertama 250 juta dipotong PPH menjadi 2,36 milyar.” tukasnya.

Terkait, Ajay menanyakan apakah suap yang disangkakan kepada dirinya ternyata ada pajaknya ada invoice bahkan ada kontrak.

” Saya merasa bingung darimana suap ada pajaknya dan hal itu bukan suap tapi sisa tagihan proyek pembangunan rumah sakit kasih bunda dan itu merupakan bisnis to bisnis dengan Joni .dan disini intinya saya berharap masih ada keadilan buat saya karena tuduhan suap yang diangkan hal itu tidak saya lakukan, “paparnya.
