2 Oknum ASN OKI Lain Jenis Wik Wik Wik di Ruang TU Puskesmas Penanggoan Duren

Saat pemerintah dan rakyat pusing melaksanakan PPKM karena tingginya korban Covid 19, seorang Kepala Puskesmas di Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI) Sumsel justru diduga berbuat mesum dengan Bidan di ruang Tata Usaha (TU) Puskesmas Desa Penanggongan Duren Kecamatan Tulung Selapan, OKI Sumsel.

Peristiwa ini terungkap saat Pemerhati kesehatan OKI datangi Pemkab OKI Melakukn aksi demo,  itu langsung ditindaklanjuti pemerintah daerah setempat. Posisi AS, yang berstatus Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Dan Kepala Puskesmas terancam lengser hingga dipecat, jika yang bersangkutan terbukti bersalah.

Hal itu diungkapkan Asisten Bidang Pemerintahan Dan Kesejahteraan Kabupaten OKI, H Antonius Leonardo Didampingi Kepala BKD, Mauliddin Dan Kepala Dinas Kesehatan OKI, Iwan Setiawan saat menerima demo dari organisasi Pemerhati Kesehatan OKI, di ruang rapat pemerintah kabupten OKI Kamis (29/7).

Sebelumnya, Organisasi Pemerhati Kesehatan OKI ini menggelar aksi damai di halaman kantor Pemkab OKI. Setengah jam usai menggelar orasi, rombongan diterima langsung jajaran pemerintahan setempat.

Ketua Organisasi Pemerhati Kesehatan OKI, Syamsir mengatakan aksi damai ini merupakan yang kedua kalinya, setelah sebelumnya dilakukan aksi yang sama di kantor Dinas Kesehatan, awal Juli nanti.

Namun hampir satu bulan, tuntutan mereka belum dipenuhi hingga digelar aksi lanjutan.

“Awal Juli, lalu kita sudah aksi damai di kantor Dinkes, tapi belum direspon oleh Kadinkesnya, Ada apa ini,”Katanya.

Padahal mereka hanya meminta instansi itu menindaklanjuti Dan memberi sanksi perbuatan mesum yang diduga dilakukan AS dengan Bidan, E yang berdinas ditempat yang sama. Keduanya yang sama-sama berstatus ASN diduga bersetubuh di ruang Tata Usaha Puskesmas, saat jam kerja sekitar pukul 09.00 wib

Saat sedang indehoy, kata Syamsir, perbuatan keduanya kepergok oleh staf yang curiga dengan bunyi-bunyi yang aneh di lokasi tersebut. “Oleh AS, staf tadi lalu diintimidasi Dan dilarang menceritakan dengan orang lain, “katanya. Lantaran takut, staf itu tidak berani datang ke Puskes hingga yang bersangkutan bercerita dengan keluarganya yang mengundang kehebohan warga hingga tetangga desa. Akhirnya, pihak keluarga Bidan yang mendengar itu langsung menuntut kepala Puskesmas agar menikahi Bidan yang jadi pasangan mesumnya.

Bidan itu sebelumnya berstatus janda, hingga keduanya menikah secara agama atau siri. Saat pernikahan itu, AS juga menyertakan surat izin boleh menikah dari istri yang pertama yang telah dikaruniai anak. “Sebagai warga OKI saya merasa terganggu, karena aksi mesum itu dilakukan ASN yang seharusnya memberi contoh yang baik kepada masyarakat, status AS saat bermesum sudah memiliki istri syah yang masih serumah. Dan perbuatan itu, dilakukan di ruang TU Puskesmas yang nota bene ruang publik yang dibangun dari uang rakyat. kami secara tegas minta As dipecat. Jelas atitude AS sangat tidak manusiawi Dan tidak memberi contoh yanh baik pada warga desa, “katanya.

Saat menerima aksi di ruang rapat Antonius tampak kaget. Dia meminta Kepala BKD Dan Kadinkes langsung merespon dengan melakukan pemeriksaan langsung di lapangan Dan memanggil langsung As, termasuk meminta pihak inspektorat agar mendalami kejadian itu.
” Kalau memang terbukti salah, kami tidak akan segan-segan melakukan pemecatan selaku kepala Puskesmas hingga pencopotan status ASN-nya. Karena aksinya sudah menciderai Dan memberi kan preseden buruk kepada masyarakat, “katanya.

Dia juga meminta semua instansi dibawah kendalinya agar merespon Dan mengambil tindakan cepat. “Lakukan prosesnya secara cepat namun terprosedur. Saya minta jangan ditunda-tunda lagi. surat laporan akan langsung Saya disposisikan kepada Inspektorat hingga proses ke dewan kehormatan untuk pelanggaran ASN-nya. Kami juga akan panggil saksi-saksi di lapangan, ” pungkasnya(DN/RZP)
