Fadly Nasution mengatakan hal itu, usai persidangan yang digelar di Pengadilan Negeri Tipikor. Rabu (28/7/21) Jl. L. R.E Marthadinata. Kota Bandung.
Menurut Fadly, Ajay sebagai kliennya pasti bebas dari jeratan hukum.
“Anda tadi menyaksikan dalam persidangan, saksi Yanti tidak pernah menerima uang sedikitpun dari saudara Djoni,” ujar Fadly melansir dari Poskotajabar.co.id.
Fadly juga menegaskan bahwa dalam kasus Ajay tersebut bukan merupakan uang suap, tapi merupakan uang fee koordinasi.
“Tadi kita sudah melihat dalam persidangan tersebut tidak terbukti kan? Dan ini juga sudah dibantah oleh Bu Yanti tidak terima, selesai kan?,” tuturnya.
Menurutnya, kata Fadly, saat dikonfirmasi terkait hukuman terhadap Ajay, secara tegas menyatakan, harus bebas.
“Jelas klien kami harus bebas. Sebab, tidak terbukti dari ungkapan saksi-saksi, terlepas dari tuntutan hukum,” terangnya.
Bahkan dengan tegas Fadly-pun menambahkan lagi, bahwa Ajay dalam kasus tersebut yang ditudingkan sebagai kasus suap, itu salah besar.
“Kasus Ajay adalah masalah fee koordinasi dan bukan kasus suap yang dilimpahkannya,”tandasnya.
