Bintan, Kepri – Minggu (27/6), Polres Bintan telah menangkap seorang laki-laki yang berinisial (SK), 34 Tahun, Pria, asal Lombok di pelabuhan tikus yang biasa disebut Pelabuhan Gentong yang terletak di Pasar Baru Tg. Uban Kab. Bintan dengan membawa Narkotika jenis Sabu dan Pil Ectasy disimpan didalam celananya.
Dari hasil pemeriksaan tersangka (SK) telah mengakui hanya disuruh membawa Narkotika jenis Sabu dan Pil Ectasy tersebut oleh Saudara (JO) warga kenegaraan Indonesia namun saat ini sedang berdomisi di Malaysia dan juga sama-sama berasal dari Lombok. Sementara Narkotika dan Pil Ectasy tersebut akan di serahkan kepada Sdr. SH Als Gondrong di Lombok namun sebelum Narkotika dan Pil Ectasy sampai di Lombok tersangka SU telah ditangkap di Bintan. Selanjutnya Penyidik Sat. Narkoba Polres Bintan berkoordinasi dengan Dit. Polair Polda NTB dan Polres Dompu serta mengirimkan daftar pencarian orang (DPO), dari hasil kerjasama tersebut Dit. Polair Polda NTB beserta Personil Polres Dompu berhasil mengamankan DPO berinisial (SH) als Gondrong yang sedang berada di Pulau Moyo Kab. Sumbawa Prov. Nusa Tenggara Barat pada hari Minggu tanggal 18 Juli 2021,
selanjutnya Tim Sat. Narkoba Polres Bintan berangkat menuju Polsek Pekat Polres Dompu Nusa Tenggara Barat untuk menjemput tersangka SH Als Gindrong lalu pada hari selasa tanggal 27 Juli 2021 Pihak Kepolisian dari Sat. Narkoba Polres Bintan membawa tersangka ke Polres Bintan dan tiba pukul 18.00 Wib.
Setelah sampai di Polres Bintan Saudara (SH) als Gondrong dilakukan pemeriksaan dan hasil pemeriksaan tersebut Saudara (SH) als Gondrong mengakui bahwa Narkotika dan Pil Ectasy yang dibawa oleh saudara (SK) adalah benar ditujukan kepada Saudara (SH) als Gondrong dan akan di edarkan di Prov. Nusa Tenggara Barat.
Saat ini kedua Tersangka masih ditahan di Rutan Polres Bintan dengan perkara UU Ri No. 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika yaitu Pasal 114 Ayat (2) dengan ancaman pidana mati, penjara seumur hidup, atau paling singkat 6 tahun dan paling lama 20 Tahun dan Pasal 112 Ayat (2), Pasal 113 Ayat (2) UU Ri No. 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika.
