Kapolri Tekankan Momentun Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Harus Diiringi Strategi Pengendalian Covid-19

JAKARTA.Beritaterkini.co.id. Panglima TNI Marsekal Hadi Tjahjanto bersama Kapolri Jenderal Listyo Sigit Prabowo memimpin penanganan dan pengendalian Covid-19 bersama Forkopimda Bantul dan Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY), Minggu (8/8/2021).

Dalam pengarahannya, Sigit mengungkapkan bahwa, Provinsi DIY mengalami pertumbuhan ekonomi sebesar 11,81 persen di saat Pandemi Covid-19. Sementara itu, di tingkat nasional atau keseluruhan, perekonomian Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan sekira 7,07 persen.

Meskipun demikian, untuk menjaga momentum peningkatan perekonomian tersebut, harus disertai dengan penerapan strategi pengendalian Covid-19.

“Perekonomian DIY sudah tumbuh 11,81%. Momentum pertumbuhan ekonomi ini harus kita jaga dengan Kesehatan sebagai modal dasar. Jika kasus Covid-19 bisa ditekan, pertumbuhan ekonomi dapat kembali berjalan normal. Maka perlu dilakukan strategi pengendalian Covid-19 dengan tetap memperhatikan keseimbangan ,” kata Sigit dalam pengarahannya ke Forkopimda DIY.

Sigit memaparkan, strategi pengendalian Covid-19 di antaranya adalah, protokol kesehatan 3M (mencuci tangan, memakai masker dan memjaga jarak), harus secara disiplin dilakukan oleh masyarakat. Kemudian yang kedua, dengan melakukan penguatan 3T (Testing, Tracing, dan Treatment). Dan terakhir, adalah melakukan akselerasi atau percepatan vaksinasi.

“Hal ini menunjukkan optimisme bahwa Indonesia tangguh dalam menghadapi pandemi Covid-19 dan siap melakukan lompatan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Momentum pertumbuhan ekonomi ini harus kita jaga dengan Kesehatan sebagai modal dasar, jika kasus Covid-19 bisa ditekan, pertumbuhan ekonomi dapat kembali berjalan normal,” ujar mantan Kapolda Banten ini.

Menurut Sigit, segala upaya ini juga telah sesuai dengan instruksi Presiden Indonesia Joko Widodo (Jokowi) yang menginstruksikan untuk melakukan, kecepatan vaksinasi terutama pada wilayah-wilayah yang menjadi pusat mobilitas dan kegiatan ekonomi, penerapan 3M yang masif di seluruh komponen masyarakat dan kegiatan pengujian , tracing, isolasi dan perawatan secara, termasuk menjaga BOR, penambahan besar kebebasan, serta menjamin ketersediaan obat-obatan dan pasokan oksigen.

Eks Kabareskrim Polri ini juga mengimbau untuk Pemprov, Pemda, TNI, Polri dan instansi terkait bersama masyarakat agar dapat bersinergi memastikan protokol kesehatan dilakukan secara disiplin dan ketat, khususnya di sentra ekonomi masyarakat.

Sementara itu, Sigit meminta di tengah penerapan PPKM Level 1-4 ini, sinergi 4 Pilar juga melakukan penguatan peran dalam pelaksanaan PPKM Mikro. Diantaranya, mengoptimalkan 5M, memaksimalkan 3T, dan mengalirkan bantuan sosial kepada masyarakat secara cepat dan tepat sasaran.

Disisi lain, Sigit juga mengulas tentang
Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR) di DIY, yang menempati peringkat tiga nasional sebesar 74 persen, dari data yang dikeluarkan Kemenkes per tanggal 6 Agustus 2021.

Menurut Sigit, untuk mengantisipasi keterisian tempat tidur itu, Forkopimda harus meningkatkan konversi tempat tidur di rumah sakit menjadi 40 sampai 60 persen. Kemudian, menambah tempat tidur yang dikosongkan dengan memanfaatkan Balai Diklat,
GOR dan gedung sekolah.

“Penemuan harus dilakukan lebih dini agar terapi dapat dilakukan lebih. Pemanfaatannya sesuai dengan tingkat kecamatan dan kabupaten/kota agar gejala ringan dapat ditangani, dipantau, dan segera dilakukan bila terjadi perburukan gejala,” ucap Sigit.

Penerapan penerapan mandiri juga harus melakukan sejumlah protokol, yakni, penempelan stiker dengan melakukan nomor Hp Bhabinkamtibmas, Bhabinsa dan tenaga kesehatan.

Lalu, larangan melakukan mobillisasi di luar rumah dan patroli secara intensif, grup WhatsApp khusus bagi warga yang terbuka untuk mempermudah komunikasi dengan petugas, melakukan penyemprotan disinfektan di sekitar rumah secara berkala.

“Mendistribusikan kebutuhan hidup, dan obat-obatan ke rumah warga, dan melakukan perawatan khusus dan pengecekan kesehatan secara rutin guna mempercepat penyembuhan,” tutur Sigit.

Selain itu, kata Sigit, melakukan pengiriman bansos dan paket obat-obatan juga harus dilakukan. Hal tersebut untuk membantu meringankan beban masyarakat di tengah Pandemi Covid-19.

Tak hanya itu, menurut Sigit, akselerasi vaksinasi juga harus dilakukan dengan bersinergi bersama seluruh lapisan elemen masyarakat. Tujuannya, agar target Herd Immunity atau kekebalan kelompok terhadap virus corona dapat segera terwujud.

“Polri telah melaksanakan 604 kegiatan vaksinasi massal dan 2.916 kegiatan bersama dengan berbagai elemen masyarakat. Secara otomatis menawarkan pemberian bantuan sosial yang melibatkan 332 Ormas melalui kegiatan membagikan 163.466 Paket sembako dan 749.171 Kg beras, serta 371.941 sasaran program bersama dengan elemen masyarakat,” kata Sigit.
