JAKARTA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Mantan Gubernur Sulawesi Tenggara (Sultra) sekaligus eks Ketua DPW PAN Sultra, Nur Alam angkat suara soal rencana pelaksanakan Kongres PAN pada 12 Februari 2020 mendatang di Kendari, Sultra.
Menurut Nur Alam, kegiatan partai sekelas Kongres kurang pantas digelar di Bumi Anoa tersebut.
Ia mengatakan, dipilihnya Kendari sebagai tempat Kongres PAN dapat meruntuhkan reputasi dan daya saing PAN.
“Konsolidasi PAN sejak deklarasi 1998 yang lalu sampai dengan di Bali lima tahun lalu adalah paling spektakuler dan luar biasa. Untuk pelaksanaan di Kendari adalah langkah anjloknya reputasi dan daya saing PAN,” kata Nur Alam saat dikonfirmasi di RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Jakarta, Kamis, (16/01/2020).
Sebagai salah satu tokoh yang turut membesarkan PAN, Nur Alam menjelaskan sejumlah alasan Kendari kurang layak jadi lokasi Kongres.
“Transportasi menuju Kendari untuk peserta dari berbagai wilayah di Indonesia rutenya sangat panjang dan bisa transit 2-3 kali. Sehingga biaya yang harus dikeluarkan sangat besar,” tegas dia.
Selain itu, penerbangan ke Kendari sangat terbatas. Sedangkan jumlah penumpang dari dan menuju Kendari sangat padat.
“Sementara peserta kongres sebagaimana lazimnya bisa mencapai ribuan orang. Tentu ini bisa mengganggu efektifitas pelaksanaan Kongres,” imbuh Nur Alam.
Pada sisi lain, tranportasi lokal seperti mobil-mobil angkut massal sangat minim, sehingga dikhawatirkan tidak cukup untuk mengakomodasi kader PAN.
“Belum lagi dari ketersediaan perhotelan misalnya, hotel terbesar di Kendari hanya memiliki kurang lebih 240 kamar, dan hotel-hotel lainnya rata-rata kurang lebih di bawah seratus kamar itupun dengan fasilitas yang sangat terbatas.”
“Fasilitas penunjang acara kegiatan juga sangat sederhana untuk ukuran pelaksaan kongres. Kalaupun harus diadakan barang-barang tersebut mesti didatangkan dari Jakarta,” sambung dia.
Ia juga meragukan kesiapan infrastruktur partai di daerah dan personel untuk pelaksanaan kegiatan berkapasitas nasional.
Kalau hal ini dipaksakan oleh DPP PAN, Nur Alam meyakini Kongres PAN akan gagal.
“Pelaksanaan konsolidasi partai, konsolidasi organisasi hanya akan menyengsarakan peserta atau kader yang datang dari seluruh wilayah Indonesia. Kemungkinan banyak yang tidak bisa tiba di Kendari tepat waktu. Bahkan banyak yang tidak akan mendapatkan tempat penginapan,” tandas Nur Alam.
