Buruh PT.Gading Cempaka Graha Tunggu Gubernur 6 Jam Demi Menyampaikan Langsung Permasalahan Buruh
Palembang,Berita Terkini.Co.Id Puluhan buruh PT.Gading Cempaka Graha (GCG) yang tergabung dalam Federasi Buruh Indonesia (FBI) Sumatera Selatan datangi Kantor Gubernur Sumatera Selatan meminta Gubernur Sumatera Selatan Herman Deru membantu penyelesaian terkait upah buruh yang tidak di bayarkan sesuai nota perhitungan dan penetapan kekurangan upah yang belum di bayarkan,bertempat di halaman Kantor Gunernur Sumsel Jalan Kapt Arivai,Palembang,(27/10/21).
Andreas OP.SE Ketua Dewan Pimpinan Wilayah (DPW) Federasi Buruh Indonesia (FBI) Sumatera Selatan, menyampaikan kami meminta PT.Gading Cempaka Graha untuk membayarkan upah buruh sesuai perhitungan penetaan No 057 /3460/Nakertrans/2021 pada tanggal 28 Juni 2021 yang telah di terbitkan oleh Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi (Disnakertrans) Provinsi Sumsel.
Aksi demo berjalan damai setelah menunggu dari jam 10.00 wib Gubernur Sumsel Herman Deru bisa menemui buruh pada pukul 16.00 Wib (27/10/21),setelah selesai Kunjungan Kerja Ke kabupaten Empat Lawang .
Gubernur Sumsel H Herman Deru mengatakan bahwa dirinya akan memfasilitasi dan mengajak perwakilan dari buruh yang benar-benar dipercaya untuk menemui Kapolda Sumsel besok 28 Oktober 2021 agar pesoalan ini diselesaikan, dan upah buruh segera dibayarkan, atau secara Pidana Umum kalau memang benar PT GCG melanggar aturan yang telah sepakati bersama.
“Saya kira permasalahan ini dari dulu sudah selesai, ternyata ada permasalahan yang lain, jadi terlalu banyak yang dilanggar oleh PT GCG kalau menurut laporan yang disampaikan oleh buruh, terima kasih dan yakinlah saya akan kawal permasalahan ini,”tegasnya Deru.
Sementara Kepala Disnakertrans Provinsi Sumsel H Koimudin mengucapkan terima kasih kepada teman-teman FBI Sumsel yang telah memperjuangkan hak pekerja dari PT GCG Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI) dimana kasus ini sudah dilaporkan ke Disnakertrans Provinsi Sumsel Mei 2021 yang lalu.
“Prosesnya sudah berjalan dan pihak manajemen PT GCG sudah mengutus General Manajer (GM) dan Manajernya untuk mediasi dengan Pekerja tetapi tidak ketemu dan kita telah mengeluarkan penetapan Nota I dan Nota 2, sesuai dengan SOP dimana Nota 2 juga telah berakhir tetapi pihak perusahaan juga tidak membayar hak-hak pekerja selama 14 bulan yaitu September-Desember 2020 dan Januari-Oktober 2021, maka selanjutnya akan kita gelar kasus yang akan kita serahkan kepada Dirkrimsus Polda Sumsel,” katanya.
Ia beberkan bahwa Disnakertrans Provinsi Sumsel sudah beberapa kali memanggil Owner PT GCG, dimana mereka tidak datang dan terakhir akan memanggil pada 3 November 2021 di Polda Sumsel.
“Kalau PT GCG tidak ada niat baik untuk membayar upah Pekerja sesuai dengan kesepakatan berarti proses tetap akan kita jalankan dengan hukum undang-undang ketenagakerjaan dan jika sampai mereka jadi tersangka maka kita serahkan kepada proses pengadilan sehingga kita tinggal menunggu amar putusan pengadilan apa perintah selanjutnya,”ujarnya Koimudin.
Lanjut Ketua DPW FBI Sumsel Andreas OP yang juga sebagai koordinator aksi mengungkapkan sehubungan dengan pertemuan dengan Gubernur Sumsel yang telah menjanjikan akan membawa persoalan ini terkait penetapan yang diterbitkan oleh Disnakertras Provinsi Sumsel untuk bertemu langsung dengan Kapolda Sumsel.
“Besok kami ditunggu Gubernur untuk diketemukan langsung dengan Kapolda Sumsel dan mudah-mudahan besok ada titik terangnya dari Kapolda berkaitan dengan kasus ini apakah akan diteruskan menjadi pidana ataupun yang lainnya dan harapan kami apa yang menjadi hak kami yang seharusnya sudah dibayarkan oleh mereka akan mereka bayarkan,” Pungkasnya(DN/RZK)
