Beritaterkini Ternate – Malut : Pemerintah pusat melalui kementerian BPN ATR saat ini sedang menggalakan  pemberantasan terhadap mafia tanah. Untuk itu kantor Pertanahan Kota Ternate melakukan pencegahan dengan melaksanakan sosialisasi tentang Upaya Pencegahan Kasus Pertanahan di Lingkungan Kantor Pertanahan Kota Ternate  kepada para Lurah dan Camat yang ada di Kota Ternate  Hal ini dikatakan kepala kantor (Kakan) Pertanahan Kota Ternate,Sun Eddy Widijanto. A.Ptnh kepada media usai melaksanakan sosialisasi tersebut di Red Star Restro ,Tana Raja ,Ternate. (04/11/21)

Kakan Pertanahan Kota Ternate, Sun Eddy Widijanto, mengatakan upaya pencegahan timbulnya kasus pertanahan baik itu sengketa, konflik maupun perkara pertanahan perlu dilakukan penguatan kerja sama dan koordinasi dengan Instansi Pemerintah, Kementerian/Lembaga, Perguruan Tinggi, stakeholder terkait dan masyarakat dalam bentuk membangun kesadaran bersama serta melakukan kegiatan pecegahan.

” Kantor Pertanahan Kota Ternate, melalui Seksi Pengendalian dan Penanganan Sengketa (Seksi PPS) mendapat tugas baru untuk melakukan pencegahan guna mengoptimalkan penanganan sengketa, konflik dan perkara pertanahan. Dan Kegiatan ini untuk mendukung percepatan penyelesaian kasus-kasus pertanahan dan pencegahan timbulnya kasus-kasus baru,” tuturnya

Ia menjelaskan bahwa tindakan pencegahan ini bertujuan untuk menekan jumlah sengketa, konflik dan perkara pertanahan di kemudian hari. Untuk itu Kantor Pertanahan Kota Ternate menyelenggarakan Sosialisasi Upaya Pencegahan Kasus Pertanahan yang dihadiri langsung oleh para Camat dan Lurah serta menghadirkan narasumber Prof. Dr. Husen Alting, S.H., M.H. Guru Besar Hukum Agraria dan Kasat Reskrim Polres Ternate Said Aslam, S.I.K, ucap Kakan Pertanahan Kota Ternate.

Sementara itu Prof. Dr. Husen Alting, S.H., M.H. Guru Besar Hukum Agraria menerangkan bahwa sosialisasi tentang pencegahan kasus pertanahan ini sangat bagus dan penting bagi para lurah dan camat yang selalu menghadapi hal tersebut agar dapat mengetahui soal hukum dan bisa melakukan pencegahan secara dini. ” Lurah dan Camat selalu  bersentuhan dengan persoalan tanah tentang surat – surat Ahli Waris,jual beli tanah ,surat tentang sengketa tanah,sehingga perlu kehati – harian dan dan teliti dulu sebelum menanda tangani surat – surat atau  tersebut agar di kemudian hari tidak terkena kasus ,” paparnya.

Tambah dia, sosialisasi ini akan lebih bagus lagi apabila BPN menggandeng pengadilan dalam hal ini  hakim – hakim  yang melakukan sidang perkara pertanahan agar menjadi satu kesatuan atau satu visi dalam pengertian soal pertanahan. ” Saat ini mafia – mafia tanah bermainnya sudah tidak di BPN atau kelurahan lagi namun di pengadilan. Karena  mereka (red – mafia tanah) langusng perkarakan permasalahan tahan ke pengadilan guna mendapat memenangjkan legitimasi dari keputusan Hakim. Sehingga BPN wajib mentaati dan melaksanakan keputusan yang sudah inkrah,” imbuhnya .

Hal senada juga di katakan Kasat Reskrim Polres Ternate Said Aslam, S.I.K,bahwa bila ada laporan soal tanah,pihaknya akan menindak sesuai peraturan perundang – perundangan yang berlaku. (Red)
