Akan Di Laporkan Ke Polda Sumsel Ketua KUD Serasan Mulya Dan Ketua KUD Tunggal Perkasa Diduga adanya Indikasi KKN

Palembang,Berita Terkini.Co.Id Terkait adanya dugaan penyimpangan yang berindikasi Korupsi, Kolusi dan Nepotisme (KKN) pada program Dana Replanting dari BPDP-KS Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia (Kemenkeu RI) tahun 2019-2020 di Dinas Perkebunan (Disbun) Kabupaten Muara Enim.

Sejumlah informasi dan hasil dari monitoring yg kami peroleh dilapangan, pada pelaksanaan program re-planting dari BPDP-KS di Dinas Perkebunan Kabupaten. Muara Enim kami menemukan bahwa adanya dugaan Indikasi di tubuh KUD serasan mulya desa sidomulyo kecamatan gunung megang Kabupaten muara enim yang diduga pada realisasinya luasan lahan diduga tidak sesuai, pupuk yg diduga tidak melalui uji lab serta bibit yg diduga tidak di cek ulang,”ujar Ketum Lembaga 100% Rahmat Hidayat,SE Palembang (07/01/22)

Hal ini berindikasi akan terjadinya penyimpangan yg mengarah pada praktek-praktek indikasi terjadinya tindak pidana korupsi.

“Maka dari pada itu pada saat aksi nanti yang akan kami laksanakan di Polda Sumsel kami juga akan membuat laporan resmi meminta dan mendukung penyidik Polda Sumsel, danĀ  juga dapat memanggil dan memeriksa ketua KUD Serasan Mulya dan ketua KUD Tunggal Perkasa Desa Harapan Jaya kec. Muara Enim beserta para anggotanya agar dapat di proses sesuai dengan ketentuan Hukum yg berlaku,”pungkasnya.(DN/RZP”)
