IGI Sumut Sukses Gelar Rakorwil 2022 Bertemakan Sinergisitas Pengurus Bangun Peradaban

LANGKAT – BERITATERKINI.CO.ID – Bertempat di Namu Sira-sira, Kabupaten Langkat, jauh dari hiruk pikuk dan keramaian kota, Ikatan Guru Indonesia (IGI) Sumatera Utara sukses menggelar Rapat Koordinasi Wilayah dari tanggal 7 hingga 9 Januari 2022. Mengusung tema “Mengoptimalkan Sinergitas Pengurus Organisasi IGI Membangun Peradaban” IGI bertekad untuk terus bersinergi baik di dalam internal Pengurus IGI maupun dengan organisasi profesi guru lainnya. Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh para Pengurus Wilayah dan Pengurus Daerah IGI Sumatera Utara dengan penginapan di tenda-tenda perkemahan sehingga para peserta dapat lebih menyatu dengan alam selama kegiatan rakorwil.

Sebagaimana disampaikan oleh Ketua Umum Pengurus Pusat IGI, Danang Hidayatullah saat pembukaan Rakorwil bahwa negara Indonesia yang begitu luas, terbentang dari Sabang sampai Merauke, memiliki masalah pendidikan yang cukup pelik sehingga untuk menyelesaikannya diperlukan sinergitas antar organisasi. Perkembangan teknologi mengakibatkan perubahan terus menerus sehingga guru-guru yang tergabung dalam IGI atau yang biasa disebut IGIers harus mampu menyelaraskan diri dengan perubahan tersebut. IGIers haruslah adaptif, inovatif dan progresif.

Setelah bimbingan dan arahan dari Ketum PP IGI, kegiatan rapat yang dipandu dengan penuh keceriaan oleh Sekretaris IGI Sumut Bapak Jamal Husein Harahap dilanjutkan dengan sambutan dari Ketua Pengurus Wilayah IGI Sumatera Utara, Ibu Dewi Sri Indriati Kusuma.

Rakorwil juga dihadiri oleh Pendirian IGI Bapak Ahmad Sururi Azis, Dewan Pakar, Dewan Kehormatan dan Dewan Pembina IGI yaitu Prof. Dr. Syawal Gultom, M.Pd. (Guru Besar Unimed), Prof. Dr. Sri Minda Murni, M.S. (Guru Besar Unimed), Prof. Dr. Irmawati, psikolog (Guru Besar USU), Dr. H. Mutsyuhito Solin, M.Pd. (Wakil Bupati Pakpak Bharat) dan Drs. Alfian Hutauruk, M.Pd. (Sekretaris Badan Kesbangpol Provinsi Sumatera Utara)

Prof. Dr. Irmawati, psikolog memberikan materi penguatan kapasitas tim. Di akhir materi, para peserta dibagi dalam beberapa kelompok dan diberikan permainan membangun menara dimana setiap kelompok harus membuat Rencana Anggaran Belanja (RAB) dan menggunakan biaya dan sisa bahan paling minim tetapi memiliki spesifikasi sesuai ketentuan permainan dan ketahanan yang mumpuni.

Dalam sesi motivasinya, Prof. Dr. Syawal Gultom, M.Pd. mengingatkan peran guru di era 4.0 ini dimana proses pembelajaran berpusat pada murid. Guru tidak lagi menjadi satu-satunya sumber belajar atau hanya sebagai fasilitator saja, tetapi guru harus mampu membangkitkan dan melejitkan potensi yang ada di dalam diri peserta didik.

Drs. Alfian Hutauruk, M.Pd. mengajak para peserta rakorwil untuk membangun sinergitas pengurus IGI Sumatera Utara sementara Dr. H. Mutsyuhito Solin, M.Pd. mengajak para peserta rakorwil untuk membangun sinergitas dengan pemerintah kabupaten/kota. Dalam kesempatan ini pula, Prof. Dr. Sri Minda Murni, M.S. memberikan motivasi terkait bagaimana menciptakan pembelajaran yang bermakna bagi para peserta didik di kelas.

Setelah para peserta rakorwil mendapat siraman motivasi dari para narasumber, semangat dan antusiasme peserta seolah terisi penuh untuk melanjutkan ke sidang komisi untuk merumuskan program-program sinergitas yang membangun peradaban. Terdapat 3 komisi dalam rakorwil yaitu Komisi A membahas Garis Besar Haluan Organisasi, Komisi B membahas Peraturan Organisasi dan Komisi C membahas program kerja yang terdiri dari bidang kesekjenan, kebendaharaan, Direktorat Program Pelatihan IGI, Direktorat Program Regulasi dan Advokasi, organisasi dan kelembagaan, keanggotaan, IT, literasi, publikasi, sosial kemasyarakatan dan kewirausahaan.

Sidang komisi yang berlangsung seharian ditutup dengan kegiatan Dinamika Kelompok di lapangan rumput terbuka dikelilingi pepohonan hijau dan suara deru aliran sungai. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan sinergitas dan kekompakan para pengurus IGI Wilayah maupun daerah. Dalam kegiatan ini tampak para peserta begitu semangat, kompak dan bahagia.

Kegiatan rakorwil ini ditutup oleh Bapak Bambang Sudewo, Kabid Pembinaan SMP Dinas Pendidikan Kota Medan. Sebelum kegiatan ditutup ketua wilayah IGI Sumut, Ibu Dewi Sri Indriati Kusuma menyatakan dengan ditetapkannya hasil keputusan sidang komisi untuk segera diimplementasikan diwilayah maupun di kab/kota serta arahan untuk terus menjalin sinergitas pengurus organisasi IGI.
