Beritaterkini.coid. Pengadilan Tinggi Tata Usaha Negara (PT TUN) Jakarta ‘menolak’ Gugatan atas dua Permohonan Banding yang diajukan KSP Moeldoko dan pendukungnya.
Teuku Riefky Harsya, Sekjen Partai Demokrat, menegaskan bagi Partai Demokrat hal ini merupakan berkah di bulan Ramadhan.
“Bagi Kami, Putusan ini adalah salah satu berkah bulan suci Ramadhan. Apresiasi Kami kepada Majelis Hakim pada 2 Perkara di PT TUN Jakarta yang telah adil.”
“Hal ini menegaskan bahwa hasil Kongres ke V Partai Demokrat 2020 yang menetapkan Ketum Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono dan AD/ART PD adalah sah dan sudah sesuai aturan”, tegas Teuku Riefky.
Menurutnya, sejak adanya upaya pengambilalihan Partai Demokrat melalui KLB secara ilegal pada 5 Maret 2021 lalu, langkah hukum Pihak Moeldoko dan kawan telah 13 belas kali ‘ditolak’ oleh berbagai Institusi Negara.
Mulai dari Menkumham, Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat (PN Jakpus), Pengadilan Tinggi DKI Jakarta, Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Jakarta, PT TUN Jakarta hingga permohonan Judicial Review di Mahkamah Agung.
Dengan banyaknya putusan hukum yang memecahkan Gugatan yang diajukan oleh Moeldoko dkk selama ini, Teuku Riefky berharap pihak KSP Moeldoko berhenti untuk mengganggu Demokrasi di Indonesia.
“Di bulan yang baik ini, Kami berdoa, Semoga Mereka disadarkan dan diberikan Hidayah.”
Putusan kedua perkara tersebut di atas telah di umumkan secara bersamaan pada laman resmi Mahkamah Agung (MA) pada Selasa, 26 April 2022.
Dengan No. Perkara masing-masing No. 35/B/2022/PTTUN-JKT yang diajukan oleh Moeldoko dan Jhoni Allen Marbun kemudian No. 39/B/2022/PTTUN-JKT, atas nama Ajrin Duwila dan Hasyim Husen.(red /kur)
