Kemarin rabu 18 maret 2020, Sebanyak empat saksi dihadirkan untuk diminta keterangan. Diantaranya yaitu pejabat Dinas Pertanian, pihak pemerintah Desa setempat, pengelola kuari. Menariknya menyikapi kasus dugaan penyalahgunaan excavator yang dipinjam dari provinsi ini, sekda Drs. Marjohan langsung mendatangi Dinas Pertanian.
Kapolres Mukomuko AKBP Andi Arisandi, SH,SIk meyampaikan sampai saat terus mendalami seluruh dukemen-dukumen yang didapat, seperti perjanjian kontrak pinjam pakai Excapator, Dokumen perizinan Kuari. Juga akan meminta keterangan Kepala Dinas Tanaman Pangan, Hortikultura Dan Perkebunan Provinsi Bengkulu, guna memastikan berita acara peminjaman Excapator kedinas Pertanian Kabupaten Mukomuko.
‘’Dan Siapa yang harus bertangung jawab, nanti akan diketahui dari penyelidikan, kami akan terus mengumpul data dan meminta keterangan para saksi,’’ Tegas Kapolres.
Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Mukomuko Drs Marjohan, menyerahkan sepenuhnya ke penegak hukum proses penyalahgunaan alat berat Excapator. Ia mengakui excavator bukan aset daerah Kabupaten Mukomuko. Terkait siapa yang mengunakan sekda belum tau persis.
‘’Mengenai proses peminjaman tidak ada pihak Pemerintah Daerah Terutama saya sebagai sekretaris daerah dalam peminjaman alat tersebut. Tidak masuknya kadis pertanian dalam beberapa hari ini dikarenakan sakit. Itu informasi dari sekretaris pertanian dan stafnya,” pungkasnya.
