Sementara itu, Rumkit Bhayangkara Polda Bali dipimpin Iptu I Wayan Sudiarta, Penda TK I dr. Chanif L.M., dan Bripak Dewa Haddi melakukan pengecekan urine kepada seluruh anggota Polres Klungkung.

Kaur Binplin Bid Propam Polda Bali, Kompol I Ketut Adnyana TJ., S.Sos, S.H., M.M., memaparkan, bahwa Gaktibplin ini dilakukan, untuk meningkatkan ketertiban dan disiplin personel Polri dan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) pada Polri.

Menurut Adnyana TJ., giat Gaktibplin ini sesuai bentuk penerapan Perkap 2 tahun 2022 tentang pelaksanaan pengawasan melekat kepada seluruh personel yang dilaksanakan setiap saat, guna meningkatkan kinerja dan disiplin personel Polri.

“Bahwa sasaran pelaksanaan Gaktibplin antara lain Gampol, kelengkapan surat data diri maupun ranmor dan juga periksa sikap tampang dan penampilan serta cek senjata api (senpi) dan tes Narkoba,” ungkap Adnyana TJ.

Pasalnya, pelaksanaan kegiatan ini, imbuhnya, sesuai dengan Surat Perintah Kabid Propam Nomor: Sprin/1874/IX/HUK.12.10./2022, tertanggal 27 September 2022 mengenai pelaksanaan giat Gaktibplin dengan sasaran gampol dan kelengkapan surat data diri.

Pada kesempatan yang sama, atas izin Kapolres Klungkung, AKBP I Nengah Sadiarta, S.I.K.,S.H., Wakapolres Klungkung, Kompol Dewa Ketut Darma Aryawan,S.T., M.M., menyambut baik pemeriksaan Gaktibplin dan Cek Urine yang dilakukan Bid Propam Polda Bali dibantu dengan Si Propam Polres Klungkung.

Hal ini, diakuinya sebagai sebuah hal yang baik bagi anggota Polres Klungkung, karena setiap anggota Polri harus menjadi contoh di masyarakat, baik kelengkapan administrasi diri anggota, seperti KTA, SIM dan kendaraan.

Ditambah lagi, kata dia, adanya pemeriksaan Tes Urine yang dilakukan, terkait penyalahgunaan penggunaan Narkoba, yang bertujuan memastikan seluruh personel Polres Klungkung, agar tidak terlibat dalam penyalahgunaan Narkoba.
