PALEMBANG –Berita Terkini. Co. Id Komite Aksi Penyalamat Lingkungan (KAPL) kembali menyoroti keberadaan aktivitas dugaan tambang minyak ilegal di kawasan Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Pasalnya, sumur minyak ilegal di Dusun Tanjung Dalam Desa Dawas Kecamatan Keluang Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin kembali terbakar.
Menurut Ketua KAPL, Andreas mengatakan berdasarkan informasi yang diperoleh di lapangan sumur minyak ilegal di Dusun Tanjung Dalam Desa Dawas Kecamatan Keluang Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin kembali terbakar, pada Kamis (03/11/22) sekitar pukul 16.30 WIB. Artinya, sepanjang Bulan Oktober 2022 – sekarang kebakaran sumur minyak ilegal di Dusun Tanjung Dalam telah mencapai 13 sumur yang terbakar.
“Belum genap satu bulan dari kejadian kebakaran 12 sumur minyak illegal di Dusun Tanjung Dalam pada tanggal 12 Oktober 2022 lalu, kini terulang kembali satu sumur minyak illegal di Dusun Tanjung Dalam Kembali terbakar lagi. Dengan demikian dalam kurun waktu kurang lebih 1 Bulan di Dusun Tanjung Dalam kebakaran sumur minyak ilegal di Dusun Tanjung Dalam telah mencapai 13 sumur yang terbakar,”beber Andreas saat memberikan keterangan pers di sela sela kesibukannya, pada Sabtu (05/11/22).
Peristiwa tersebut, kata Andreas, ini menjadi suatu kode yang menunjukkan bahwa adanya dugaan ketidakseriusan para pihak yang terkait dalam penertiban dan penghentian kegiatan tambang minyak ilegal di kawasan Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin.
“Kami menduga para pihak terkait, seperti Pemkab Musi Banyuasin, Polres Musi Banyuasin, Polda Sumsel dan Dinas ESDM Provinsi Sumsel kurang serius dalam menertibkan dan menghentikan kegiatan tambang minyak illegal yang sangat merugikan Negara dan berdampak buruk bagi kehidupan masyarakat serta kerusakan Lingkungan di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan,”tegas Andreas.
Lanjut Andreas, dari analisis tim KAPL kegiatan tambang minyak ilegal ini tersusun rapi dan terstruktur sehingga aktivitas tambang minyak llegal semakin hari semakin meraja rela dan telah merambah ke Kawasan Hutan milik Negara (tambang illegal minyak di Kawasan Hutan Produksi, tambang minyak Illegal di Kawasan Hutan SM Bentanyan).
“Analisis tim KAPL dari hasil investigasi lapangan menunjukkan kegiatan tambang minyak ilegal ini tersusun rapi dan terstruktur sehingga tambang minyak llegal semakin hari semakin meraja rela bahkan telah merambah ke kawasan hutan milik negara,”tandas Andreas.
Untuk itu, dilanjutkan Andreas, bahwa pihaknya mendesak Kapolda Sumsel untuk segara mengambil alih kasus sumur minyak illegal yang ada di Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin dan harus bisa menberantas jaringan aktivitas tambang minyak ilegal mulai dari pelaku tambang minyak illegal hingga jarigan distribusi jual beli hasil minyak illegal.
“Kami meminta dan mendesak Kapolda Sumsel untuk mengusut tuntas dan memberantas jaringan aktivitas tambang minyak ilegal di Kabupaten Muba dari pelaku tambang hingga jaringan distribusi Minyak illegal serta para oknum yang selama ini diduga telah membackingi atau menjadi pihak pengamanan dari aktivitas tambang minyak illegal,”tegas Andreas.
Andreas juga meminta Kapolda Sumsel untuk segera melakukan evaluasi terkait kinerja Polres Kabupaten Muba yang diduga kurang optimal dalam pemberantasan kegiatan minyak ilegal dan jaringan distribusi minyak ilegal tersebut.
“Kami minta Kapolda Sumsel segera mengevaluasi kinerja Polres Kabupaten Muba dalam hal penertiban para oknum pelaku penambang minyak ilegal di wilayah hukum Kabupaten Muba,”tegasnya kembali.
Pihaknya juga mendesak Gubernur Sumsel berani meminta pertanggungjawaban para pihak pemengang Izin (Perusahan) yang di duga di dalam izinnya terdapat aktivitas Sumur Minyak Illegal. Dan mendesak Gubernur Sumsel segera mengevaluasi Dinas ESDM, Dinas Kehutanan serta BKSDA Provinsi Sumsel atas masih banyaknya aktivitas tambang illegal di Kawasan Hutan di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan khususnya Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin.
“Intinya, kami dari KAPL akan siap membantu pihak Gubernur Sumsel dan Polda Sumsel untuk melakukan investigasi lapangan terkait maraknya aktivitas sumur minyak ilegal di Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Apabila kami dibutuhkan nantinya,”pungkas Andreas.(RZP)
