Palembang, Berita Terkini. Co. Id Puluhan Massa yang tergabung dalam LSM Badan Informasi Data Investigasi Korupsi (Bidik) Sumsel gelar unjuk rasa sekaligus melaporkan dugaan indikasi KKN di Kabupaten Ogan Ilir di Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Sumatera Selatan (Sumsel).

Aksi unjuk rasa di kejati Melaporkan ke Kejati Sumsel atas Dugaan Indikasi korupsi pada Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum (BAWASLU) Kabupaten Ogan Ilir dan Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Kabupaten Ogan Ilir,”ungkap Koordinator Aksi Bidik Yongki Ariansyah SH usai Aksi unjuk rasa berlangsung di kantor Ke Kejati Sumsel ( 07/12/22).

Indikasi dugaan Korupsi yang kami sampaikan ke Kejati Sumsel.

1. Dugaan Indikasi Korupsi, Kolusi dan Nepotisme di lingkungan Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum (BAWASLU) kabupaten ogan Ilir, Berdasarkan temuan Badan Pengawas Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) Provinsi Sumatera Selatan bahwasanya ditemukan kerugian keuangan negara senilai Rp 7.401 Milyar

2. Dugaan Indikasi Korupsi, Kolusi dan Nepotisme di lingkungan Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Pada Kegiatan Peningkatan Jalan Betung-Payaraman, Sumber Dana APBD TA 2022 yang dilaksanakan dikerjakan oleh CV. PUNCAK INDAH, senilai Rp.2.973.500.000.00.,” bebernya.

Di tambahkan Koordinator lapangan Andihika Pratama menyampaikan bahwa kami berharap Kejati Sumsel untuk

Mendesak Kejaksaan Tinggi Provinsi Sumatera Selatan untuk segera menetapkan komisioner Bawaslu dan Bendahara Bawaslu Kabupaten Ogan Ilir sebagai Tersangka terkait Dana Hibah senilai Rp. 19,350 Miliar yang bersumber dari APBD Kabupaten Ogan Ilir TA 2019-2020, yang menyebabkan kerugian keuangan negara sebesar Rp. 7,401 miliar.

2 Mendesak Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi Provinsi Sumatera Selatan agar turun langsung ke- Kabupaten Ogan Ilir guna melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap komisioner Bawaslu Beserta Bendahara Bawaslu Kabupaten Ogan Ilir Provinsi Sumatera Selatan,

Diduga pihak kejaksaan negeri kabupaten Ogan Ilir Telah bermain mata dengan Bawaslu Ogan Ilir sehingga tidak berani menetapkan Komisioner Bawaslu dan Bendahara Bawaslu kabupaten Ogan Ilir Sebagai tersangka. Sedangkan Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Ogan Ilir sudah menetapkan 3 Tersangka bukan tidak mungkin komisioner dan Bendahara Bawaslu tidak terlibat, dikarnakan Penanda tanganan berkas Dana hibah tersebut melalui bendahara untuk pencairan Dengan demikian kami Menduga Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Ogan Ilir Terkesan Tutup mata terhadap komisioner Bawaslu serta Bendaha Bawaslu kabupaten Ogan Ilir.

4. Mendesak Kejaksaan Tinggi Provinsi Sumatera Selatan untuk Merekomendasikan kepada Kejaksaan Agung Republik Indonesia Untuk mencopot kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten ogan ilir, dan Kasi Pidsus, serta mengevaluasi Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Ogan Ilir dikarnakan ada dugaan ketidak tegasan mereka terkait penanganan kasus tersebut.

5. Mendesak Kepada Pihak Kejaksaan Tinggi Sumatera selatan untuk mengusut tuntas terhadap dugaan penyimpangan penggunaan anggaran negara dilingkungan Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Pemerintah Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, pada Kegiatan Peningkatan Jalan Betung Payaraman, Sumber Dana APBD TA. 2022 yang dilaksanakan/dikerjakan oleh CV. PUNCAK INDAH senilai Rp.2.973.500.000,00.

6. Mendesak Kepada Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi Provinsi Sumatera Selatan melalui jajaranya untuk turun langsung kelapangan guna dilakukan pemeriksaan fisik pada pekerjaan tersebut, “bebernya.
