Palembang, Berita Terkini. Co. Id Ratusan massa Seniman dan Budayawan yang tergabung dalam Aliansi Masyarakat Peduli Cagar Budaya (AMPCB) gelar unjuk rasa terkait permasalahan Cagar Budaya Kota Palembang yang tidak di lestarikan atau tidak terurus oleh Pemerintah Kota Palembang.
Beberapa Cagar budaya yang menjadi sorotan yakni Goa Jepang, Makam Kramo Jayo yang sengaja di rusak karena sengketa tanah, dan balai pertemuan yang dijarah oleh orang tidak bertanggung jawab,”ungkap Koordinator Aksi dari AMPCB Vebri Al Lintani usai gelar unjuk rasa di Kantor DPRD Kota Palembang,jumat (17/02/23).
AMPCB mendesak Pemkot Palembang untuk menetapkan status “Palembang Darurat Cagar Budaya ” Kemudian melakukan tindakan untuk pelestarian dan perlindungan serta penyelamatan Cagar budaya.
” Tindakan menetapkan status darurat Cagar Budaya agar bisa di prioritaskan oleh Pemerintah Kota Palembang terkait pelestarian, akibat kelalaian pemerintah Kota Palembang Banyak Cagar Budaya yang telah rusak salah satunya Balai Pertemuan. Pemerintah Kota Palembang dalam Hal ini Walikota Palembang telah Abai dan tidak ada kemauan dalam program pelestarian cagar budaya.
Sebagai mandat Undang -undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2010 tentang Cagar Budaya dan Perda Kota Palembang Nomor 11 tentang Pelestarian dan pengelolaan Cagar budaya, “ujar Vebri
Tidak adanya keseriusan Pemkot Palembang lainnya yakni Tim Ahli Cagar Budaya yang dikukuhkan pada tahun 2019 lalu tidak berjalan sebagaimana mestinya.
“Selama empat tahun dibentuk Tim Ahli Cagar Budaya tidak menghasilkan apapun. Hal ini disebabkan dominannya unsur Pemerintah Kota di dalam tim tersebut, ” katanya.
Untuk itu AMPCB meminta Pemkot Palembang membentuk Tim Ahli Cagar Budaya (TACB) yang baru. Lalu, meminta Jaringan Kota Pusaka Indonesia (JKPI) meninjau kembali Harnojoyo sebagai Ketua Presidium JKPI 2022-2023.
“Tuntutan kami ke DPRD ini supaya anggota dewan bisa menyampaikan hal ini ke Pemerintah Kota khususnya Wali Kota Palembang. Kami juga meminta DPRD membuat pansus Cagar Budaya, ” katanya.
Ditambahkan Yayan Joker salah satu peserta aksi dalam orasinya menyampaikan bahwa Palembang dan Sumatera Selatan dalam darurat Cagar Budaya, banyak sekali peninggalan sejarah yang tidak di lestarikan karena tidak adanya perhatian serius dari Pemerintah Kota.
Pemerintah Kota Palembang perlu membenruk team khusus untuk melindungi peninggalan bersejarah tersebut, dengan komposisi akademisi, Budayawan,Seniman, sejarah, arkeologi dan melibatkan kampus Palembang, beber Yayan seorang lulusan pascasarjana Seniman Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta.
Aksi unjuk rasa di Kantor DPRD Kota Palembang di Terima langsung oleh Ketua Komisi IV dari Fraksi PDI Perjuangan Duta Wijaya, di dampingi anggota Komisi IV Fraksi PKS Ridwan, dan Fraksi Partai Demokrat Pomi Wijaya, saya akan sampaikan tunturan ini pada tingkat Fraksi dan dukungan dari anggota DPRD di Rapat Paripurna nantiya, “kata Duta .
Bahwa DPRD sebagai Fungsi Kontrol dan Budgeting kami selalu menyampaikan usulan untuk pelestarian cagar budaya tersebut melalui pihak terkait,kami sayangkan adanya abainya atau tidak di rawatnya atau hilang Cagar budaya oleh Pemerintah Kota Palembang karena tidak di jaga serta dilestarikan” Katanya.
