Tingginya permintaan Obat-obatan dan alat kesehatan ditengah Pandemi Covid – 19 di Wilayah Hukum Polda Kepri, Dit Reskrimsus Polda Kepri menerjunkan Satgas Pangan untuk mengecek langsung ketersedian alat Kesehatan, obat-obatan, dan suplemen yang bisa meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh dengan sasaran Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF) di wilayah Kota Batam dan Tanjungpinang, hal tersebut disampaikan oleh Dir Reskrimsus Polda Kepri Kombes Pol Teguh Widodo, S.Ik didampingi Kabid Humas Polda Kepri Kombes Pol Harry Goldenhardt S., S.IK., M.Si. Kamis (21/7/2021).
″Dari hasil pengecekan yang dilakukan oleh tim dilapangan, dapat kita simpulkan bahwa saat ini permintaan obat-obatan dan Vitamin sangat tinggi, dari 14 Perusahan Farmasi dan Apotik yang kita cek didapatkan ketersediaan Obat yang sesuai Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan, Vitamin C dan Vitamin D mulai menipis hal tersebut dikarenakan tinggi nya permintaan dari masyarakat″. Jelas Dir Reskrimsus Polda Kepri Kombes Pol Teguh Widodo, S.Ik.
″Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan obat yang meningkat sejalan dengan lonjakan kasus konfirmasi Covid-19, pemerintah juga telah mendorong seluruh Industri Farmasi baik swasta maupun BUMN untuk meningkatkan kapasitas produksinya, termasuk mempercepat proses pendistribusian obat″. Tentunya kita berharap kebutuhan akan obat-obatan dan Viatamin ini segera dapat terpenuhi dan disalurkan ke Fasilitas-fasilitas kesehatan dan ke Apotek-apotek sehinga tidak ada penimbunan di Industri maupun di PBF (Pedagang Besar Farmasi).
