Palembang,Berita Terkini .Co.Id Puluhan Massa yang tergabung dalam Dewan Pimpinan Wilayah Masyarakat Sadar Korupsi Indonesia (DPW-MSK-I), melakukan aksi damai di kantor Gubernur Sumatera Selatan meminta Gubernur Sumsel memecat PLT Kapala Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Sumsel,aksi unjuk rasa di kantor Gubernur Sumsel ,Kamis (16/6/23).
Pendidikan merupakan prasyarat yang penting, yang merupakan amanah para pendiri bangsa yang tertuang dalam Konstitusi bangsa Indonesia sebagaimana pembukaan atau Mukadimaah dan amandemen UUD 1945 pasal 31 ayat 4 mengamanatkan kewajiban pemerintah untuk mengalokasikan biaya pendidikan sekurang-kurangnya 20% dari APBN maupun APBD agar masyarakat dapat menikmati pelayanan pendidikan, khususnya pendidikan dasar. Hal ini dikaitkan dengan putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi No. 013/PUU-VI/2008, pemerintah harus menyediakan anggaran pendidikan sekurang-kurangnya 20% dari APBN dan APBD untuk memenuhi kegiatan penyelenggaraan pendidikan secara nasional.
Mukri As. S.Sos.M.Si koordinator aksi dalam orasinya mengatakan “Pendidikan Gratis, Modern dan Demokratis, yang pernah di nikmati oleh masyarakat di provinsi Sumatera Selatan, kini hanyalah ilusi yang hilang bak di telan bumi. Semua terjadi karena konsep pendidikan dan kesehatan gratis hanya bermodalkan KaTePe bukan APBD.” Kata Mukri.
“Lebih ironi lagi karena yang terjadi hari ini, praktik-praktik yang bertentangan dengan prilaku menyimpang oleh oknum-oknum yang diduga kuat melakukan Tindak Pidana Korupsi yang diantaranya: Suap Menyuap, Perbuatan Curang dan Gratifikasi sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang No. 31 Tahun 1999 jo Undang-Undang No. 20 Tahun 2001, bahwa Tindak Pidana Korupsi.” Tegas Mukri
R.Soleh Koordinator Lapangan menyampai “Berdasarkan dari hasil Tim Observasi Lapangan serta Informasi yang berkembang di masyarakat bahwa ada Dugaan Indikasi Pungli di lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan Terkait Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) di SMAN Se-Sumatera Selatan Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024 Serta dugaan Over Kapasitas Ruang kelas yang melebihi Standar Maksimum 36 Peserta didik persatu Lokal. Sebagaimana di jelaskan pada Pasal 24 Permendikbud No. 17 Tahun 2017 Tertulis tentang jumlah peserta didik dalam satu Rombongan belajar. Pada poin tiga dijelaskan SMA dalam satu kelas berjumlah paling sedikit 20 (Dua Puluh) Peserta Didik dan Paling Banyak 36 (Tiga Pulug Enam) Peserta Didik. Dengan demikian kami menduga dengan adanya. overkapasitas dalam ruang kelas yang sudah melebihi standar Maksimum tersebut berpotensi KKN/Suap Menyuap, Perbuatan Curang dan Gratifikasi, yang diduga dilakukan oleh Plt. Kepala Dinas Pendidikan provinsi Sumatera Selatan beserta Kabid SMA, dengan pola bahwa semua sekolah harus satu pintu melalui dinas pendidikan provinsi Sumatera Selatan dalam proses PPDB”, Jelas R.Soleh.
