Palembang,Berita Terkini.Co.Id Kejaksaan Tinggi Sumatera Selatan tetapkan Sekretaris dan Ketua Harian  Koni Sumsl tersangka,puluhan aktivis yang tergabung dalam Aliansi Peduli Keadilan  Sumatera Selatan (APKSS) gelar konferensi press terkait akan gelar aksi unjuk rasa pada tanggal 28/08/23 sampai 04/09/23 di kejaksaan  Tinggi Sumsel.

Aksi unjuk rasa dalam rangka permohonan penangguhan penahanan terhadap Sekretaris dan Ketua Harian  Koni Sumsel.Aksi unjuk rasa ini akan di ikuti oleh ratusan organisasi dan massa berjumlah 1000 orang selama 1 Minggu  guna meminta  Kejati Sumsel untuk melakukan penaguhan terhadap tersangka sekretaris KONI Sumsel Suparman Roman dan Ketua Harian Koni Sumsel Ahmad Taher dari tahanan Kejaksaan Tinggi Sumsel atas tuduhan KKN dana Hibah Provinsi Sumsel,ungkap Sanusi,SH.MH pada saat konferensi press bertempat Mabes Caffe jalan Demang  (24/08/23).

Kami berharap kejati Sumsel bisa melakukan konsep penegakan hukum lurus sesuai berkadilan sosial bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia,karena kami menilai ada kejanggalan dalam penetapan tersangka sekretaris dan Ketua harian Koni Sumsel tersebut.karena kami melihat dalam proses rakaian  pencairan dana itu harus di tanda tangani petinggi pengurus  KONI Sumsel  maka kami meminta untuk pengusutan yang terang terang nya dalam hal ini  kenapa Sekertaris dan Ketua Harian  yang di tersangkakan karena petinggi KONI Sumsel itu ada Ketum,Sekum,dan Bendahara Umum ,”kata Sanusi SH.MH.

Sementara Charma Aprianto juga menambahkan mengajak seluruh rekan rekan aktivis untuk bersama sama melakukan pengajuan penangguhan tahanan,kami juga sepakat  menghargai proses hukum dan peradilan penegakan hukum yang di lakukan Kejati Sumsel terhadap kasus yang menimpa Koni Sumsel,”ujarnya.

Kami turut prihatin mendalam jika Kejati Sumsel tidak membuka terang menderang proses hukum yang terajadi sampai menetapkan tersangka ,kami sepakat meminta Kejati Sumsel terhadap proses penetapan tersangka Suparman Romans dan Ahmad Taher.Kami meminta Kejati Sumsel menegak keadilan seadil adilnya dan tidak ada unsur apapun selain unsur keadilan.

Jika kedepannya kami menemukan adanya unsur tekanan politik, maka kami akan mengutuk keras terhadap pihak pihak yang diduga  melakukan intervensi hukum di Sumsel,”jelasnya.

Sukma Hidayat menambahkan bahwa dengan ucapan bismilah kita satukan visi dan misi untuk keadilan sosial bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia,”tandasnya.(RZP)
