BADUNG, beritaterkini.co.id | Satreskrim Polres Badung akhirnya menangkap dan mengamankan pelaku kasus pencabulan anak dibawah umur berinisial IWD alias Unyil, 43 tahun, setelah dipenuhi dua alat bukti, yaitu kesaksian korban dan hasil Visum et Repertum.
Dalam keterangan persnya, Wakapolres Badung Kompol Putu Diah Kurniawandari mengatakan, bahwa korban kasus pemerkosaan anak dibawah umur berinisial B, 16 tahun yang dilakukan oleh pamannya sendiri di kediaman korban di daerah Canggu, Kecamatan Kuta Utara, Kabupaten Badung, Kamis, 27 Juli 2023 pukul 00.30 WITA.
“Modus operandi pelaku dilakukan dengan memijat korban hingga ketiduran yang akhirnya tersangka leluasa melakukan aksi bejatnya. Setelah diperiksa saksi dan hasil visum diterima, akhirnya pelaku kami amankan,” terangnya.
Selain pakaian dalam korban, pihaknya juga menyita sejumlah barang bukti lainnya berupa sepotong celana panjang warna dasar biru bermotif batik, baju kaos warna merah tanpa lengan dan selembar kain kamen.
Atas perbuatannya, pelaku dijerat dengan tindak pidana perbuatan cabul terhadap anak dibawah umur, sebagaimana dimaksud dalam pasal 82 jo pasal 76E JO UURI Nomor 17 tahun 2016 tentang Penetapan Perppu Nomor 1 tahun 2016 mengenai Perubahan Kedua atas Undang-Undang Nomor 23 tahun 2002 Jo pasal 6 huruf C UURI Nomor 12 tahun 2022.
“Pasal-pasal tersebut tentang tindak pidana kekerasan seksual yang dijerat pelaku dengan ancaman hukuman hingga 15 tahun,” pungkasnya. (Sdp)
