TAPAK Koni Sumsel melihat ada beberpa permasalah yang ada Pertama, belum ada kejelasan dan minimnya anggaran,”di sampaikan oleh Ketua TAPAK KONI Mualimin Pardi Dahlan,Selasa (12/09/23).
Hal ini terindikasi antara lain dari beredarnya surat Pengurus Provinsi PERBASI Sumatera Selatan No. 113 tanggal 9 September 2023 yang memberitahukan kepada Panitia Besar PORPROV Sumsel bahwa untuk pelaksanaan PORPROV XIV 2023 di Kabupaten Lahat cabang olahraga Bolabasket TIDAK DAPAT KAMI LAKSANAKAN, dengan alasan-alasan belum ada kejelasan biaya, waktu yang semakin dekat, dan panitia cabor yang dibatasi,”jelasnya.
Kemudian seperti yang terjadi di Cabor Panjat Tebing Kabupaten Banyuasin, diminta untuk mengurangi jumlah atlet dan tim official dengan alasan minimnya biaya.
Kedua, belum jelasnya status penanggungjawab kegiatan, apakah masih dipegang oleh Ketua Umum KONI Sumsel atau oleh Caretaker Ketua Umum yang sebelumnya pernah dinyatakan akan ditunjuk oleh KONI Pusat.”katanya

Musi Banyuasin, Surat Perintah Tugas Pendamping Cabor Nomor: 306/SPT/KONI-MUBA/XIV/2023 ditandatangani Pj. Bupati Muba, dan Surat Izin/Dispensasi bagi kontingen yang dikeluarkan langsung oleh Pj. Sekda Muba,”bebernya.
