Bawaslu Lahat Dilaporkan Ke Gakkumdu Sumsel Terkait Dugaan Pengrusakan APK Prabowo-Gibran

PALEMBANG, BERITATERKINI.Co.id – Badan Pengawas Pemilu (Bawaslu) Kabupaten Lahat dilaporkan ke Sentra Gakkumdu Sumsel, terkait dugaan pengrusakan alat peraga kampanye (APK) bergambar pasangan Prabowo – Gibran yang dipasang oleh calon anggota legislatif Partai Golkar Kabupaten Lahat di Kabupaten Lahat.

Laporan tersebut disampaikan warga Palembang, Sumardi, yang juga simpatisan Prabowo-Gibran, didampingi Tim Advokasi Hukum DPD Persaudaraan 98 Sumsel, Selasa (02/01/24).

Laporan Sumardi ke Sentra Gakkumdu Sumsel tersebut disertai dengan penyerahan sejumlah bukti- bukti diantaranya, satu keping CD berisi video dugaan pengrusakan APK berdurasi 23 detik, lembar print out foto APK sebelum dan sesudah dilepaskan, dan masih banyak lagi.

Menurut Tim Advokasi Hukum DPD Persaudaraan 98 Sumsel,Arya Aditya SH, laporan terhadap Komisioner Bawaslu Lahat ini terkait dugaan pengrusakan alat peraga kampanye (baliho) bergambar pasangan Prabowo – Gibran yang dipasang oleh calon anggota legislatif Partai Golkar Kabupaten Lahat di Kabupaten Lahat.

Kejadian tersebut, sambung dia, berawal dari penertiban pada Jumat (22/12/2023) yang dilakukan oleh tim gabungan terhadap APK yang melanggar ketentuan sebagaimana Undang-Undang Pemilu No 7 Tahun 2017 dan peraturan lainnya.

“Kami selaku pelapor merujuk Undang Undang No 7 Tahun 2017 tentang Pemilu dan peraturan lainnya yang terkait perihal tahapan Pemilu yang saat ini memasuki tahapan masa kampanye dan metode kampanye, serta tata cara pemasangan alat peraga kampanye,” ujar dia.

Terkait pemasangan alat peraga kampanye yang dirusak, ungkap Arya, berdasarkan ketentuan pasal 280 ayat 1 Huruf g dan Ayat 4, tindakan merusak/menghilangkan alat peraga kampanye peserta Pemilu termasuk ke dalam tindak pidana Pemilu sesuai isi pasal 521 Undang-Undang No 7 Tahun 2017 tentang Pemilu dan diancam pidana paling lama dua tahun dan denda paling banyak Rp24.000.000.

“Selain baliho yang dirusak di lokasi terlarang, sesuai surat Keputusan KPU Lahat No 469 Tahun 2023 tentang Pemasangan Alat Peraga Kampanye Tingkat Kabupaten pada Pemilu Tahun 2024, baliho yang terpasang berada di jalan lingkar luar Lahat dan dipasang dengan cara sewa dengan pemilik lahan,” ungkap dia.

Kemudian, jelas Arya, di lokasi baliho itu terpasang berlapis gambar yang ada pasangan Prabowo-Gibran dan spanduk tanpa Prabowo-Gibran, dan yang dirusak hanya gambar dengan pasangan Prabowo-Gibran.

“Sementara spanduk tanpa gambar Prabowo-Gibran tidak dirusak/dibiarkan. Ini menunjukkan sentimen terhadap pasangan Prabowo-Gibran karena apabila melanggar kenapa tidak semuanya dilepaskan oleh terlapor?” jelas dia.

Sementara terpisah, Ketua DPD Persaudaraan 98 Sumsel, DD Shineba SH menuturkan, indikasi pelanggaran Pemilu yang selama ini terkesan sepihak harus diluruskan.

“Kita selaku bagian dari relawan pemenangan pasangan Prabowo-Gibran merasa tindakan oknum Bawaslu Lahat yang terkesan melakukan tindakan penertiban terhadap atribut calon presiden Prabowo-Gibran tidak sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku,” tutur dia.

Berkaca dari hal itu, tegas Shineba, pihaknya akan meneruskan hasil investigasi yang telah dilakukan Tim DPD Persaudaraan 98 Sumsel kepada Tim Kampanye Nasional (TKN).

“Kemudian ke TKD (Tim Kampanye Daerah) Sumsel dan juga TKD Kabupaten Lahat dan tentu saja ke DKPP (Dewan Kehormatan Penyelenggara Pemilu). Kita inginkan Pemilu yang baik, bersih dan berwibawa,” tandas dia. (Rilis)
