Oknum Satpam RD Dari PT.Indra Angkola Diduga Terlibat Pungli Barter BBM Solar Di Kemang Agung Kertapati

Palembang, beritaterkini.co.id -Oknum security (satpam) dari PT Indra Angkola Palembang bernama Rosadi diduga melakukan perbuatan melawan hukum melanggar Pasal 56 karena meminta imbalan atau pungli Rp 100 ribu/ton setiap sopir minyak BBM yang akan melakukan bongkar muat di poll minyak solar.

PT.Indra Angkola adalah transportir atau penyalur BBM lndustri, dengan menjadi Agen/Penyalur BBM Industri.

mengatakan, pada konfrensi pers hari ini di kantor hukum desri nago dan rekan pihaknya ingin menyampaikan terkait oknum security perusahaan dari transportir PT. Indra Angkola Palembang yang berpusat di Medan dan ada di seluruh Indonesia. Untuk di Palembang, PT Indra Angkola ini bertempat di Jalan Kemang Agung Kertapati.

“Sesuai daripada tugas security atau satpam yakni mempunyai tugas atau tupoksi pengamanan baik di bank, mall, BUMN, perusahaan, pertokoan. Satpam bertugas untuk pengamanan. PT. Indra Angkola di Palembang usaha transportif BMM, di perusahaan tersebut ada oknum satpam bernama Rosadi,” ujar Desri Nago SH didampingi mahasiswa hukum advokat Magang Anjas Pratama, Selasa (7/5/2024).

Desri menjelaskan, PT Indra Angkola di Palembang transportir BBM niaga atau angkutan BBM. Dari Poll km 7 dan mereka punya poll tempat kendaraan dijalan lingkar pemulutan yang mengarah ke tol Pemulutan, disitulah oknum Tosadi, setiap mobil yang sudah muat dan ingin berangkat. Oknum Rosadi mengarahkan, dan ini melanggar pasal 56 KUHP. Bunyinya barang siapa mengajak orang berbuat tidak benar untuk melakukan perbuatan melawan hukum ada pidananya.

“Contoh sopir yang mau bongkar, itu diarahkan oknum satpam Rosadi ini PT. Indra Angkola, jadi mengarahkan agar menurunkan BBM istilahnya barter, untuk menurunkan BBM. Misal ada 32 ton, ada 16 ton, dan oknum Rosadi ini mengambil keuntungan per ton Rp 100 ribu rupiah perton. Oknum Rosadi ini sudah menyimpang. Kepada PT Indra Angkola jangan tercoreng oleh oknum securitu bernama Rosadi,” katanya.

Desri menerangkan, Disini ada kerugian konsumen, Ada perbuatan melawan hukum oleh Oknum satpam Rosadi ini dan mencoreng PT. Indra Angkola. ” Saya Ketum Pose RI, menyikapi ini adalah perbuatan melawan hukum karena kita tahu BBM itu ada hasil dari yang subsidi dan melibatkan sopir yang baik, diajak untuk kepentingan diduga untuk pekerjaan kroni kroninya. Dengan barter BBM meminta bayaran Rp 100 ribu/ton. Kalau ada mobil muat bongkar berpariasi total sekian ton. Berapa keuntungan oknum satpam Rosadi,” paparnya.

“Kita minta PT Indra Angkola tersebut, agar mencopot oknum Satpam bernama Rosadi ini. Karena telah menyagunakan pekerjaannya. Jangan sampai karena satu orang ini, security tercoreng oleh oknum Rosadi tersebut. Jangan security lain, yang bekerja pada transportit lain tercemar oleh oknum satpam satu ini. Rosadi ini mengarahkan, bongkar muat BBM itu. Kita dalami oknum security dari PT. Indra Angkola di kelurahan Kemang Agung Jalan Ki Marogan Palembang,” tambah Desri.

Lebih lanjut Desri menuturukan, pihaknya akan bersurat dengan kementrian. “Kami dengan tim Jo media partner akan aksi di depot bongkar muat dijalan kertapati. Dan kami akan aksi di Kantor Pertamina unit 2 Plaju Naga Swidak,” bebernya.

“Ini melanggar UU Migas dan UU Cipta Kerja. Oknum satpam Rosadi ini sudah berjalan aktif untuk mengarahkan sopir. Ke gudang sana, barter bongkar muat BBM minyak solar industri ditukar dengan meminta imbalan setiap 1 ton Rp 100 ribu,” tandasnya. (**)
