Palembang, beritaindonesia.co.id -Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat Pemerhati Organisasi Sosial dan Ekonomi Republik Indonesia (LSM- POSE RI) dan JO Media Partner POSE RI mengapresiasi Dumas Banpol Polda Sumsel.

Hal tersebut diungkapkan Ketua Umum LSM POSE RI Desri Nago, SH didampingi advokat Philipus Pito Sogen. S.H, Ilham Wahyudin, SH, Rizky Tri Saputra,SH, menggelar konfrensi pers di Kantor Hukum Desri Nago, SH dan rekan-rekan, Jumat (17/5/2024).

Desri Nago SH mengatakan, tema konfrensi pers ini adalah supermasi tentang hukum.

“Pertama kita ucapkan terima kasih ke Kapolda Sumsel atas hadirnya Dumas Banpol. Sehingga aspirasi masyarakat Sumsel, keluhan masyarakat bisa terlayani. Dengan adanya Dumas Banpol, Kapolda Sumsel mendapat penghargaan. Itu kita apresiasi, karena apapun persoalan yang dilaporkan masyarakat bisa dilayani dengan Dumas Banpol,” ujarnya.

“Konteks Dumas Banpol ini, kita masyarakat sebagai kontrol sosial, kita ada pertunjuk awal, tentang penegakan hukum, izin, kasus lingkungan, persoalan lain yang sering dilaporkan lewat humas banpol. Namun laporan di Dumas Banpol ini, kemudian diverifikasi mana yang cukup, dan mana yang belum cukup,” tambah Desri.

Lebih lanjut Desri menuturkan, sebagai contoh kasus diwilayah hukum di kabupaten maka akan ditangani polres. Tapi kalau kasus di Palembang maka akan ditangani di Polrestabes.

“Pandangan hukum kami, dalam Dumas Banpol harus ada bukti permulaan minimal ada 2 alat bukti. Misal ada kegiatan apa, ada terhambatnya penyidikan maka harus melampirkan bukti bukti. Kalau saya melaporkan ke Dumas Banpol dengan bukti yang lengkap. Dumas Banpol, dulu mengirimkan melalui WhatsApp tapi sekarang menggunakan aplikasi. Jadi sulit dihubungi.Misalnya mengirimkan foto dinding ada tempat perjudian, tapi harus ada bukti lain. Sehingga siap memberikan keterangan lebih lanjut,” katanya.

“Kami menyikapi Dumas Banpol ini sudah bener. Namun kadang masyarakat untuk menyampaikan takut,ragu. Padahal Dumas Banpol melayani dengan baik. Di Dumas Banpol itu sampaikanlah dengan baik. Supermasi tindak pidana penyidikan, lingkungan, tindak CPO ilegal, dugaan tambang batubara ilegal. Prosesnya dan prosedur berjalan sebenarnya. Jangan penegak hukum, itu mendapat laporan dari Dumas Banpol kemudian langsung menangkap. Walaupun dapat dari Dumas Banpol, kami Desri Nago dan rekan menanggapi Dumas banpol itu harus melalui proses penyidikan, atau pemanggilan. Kita mendukung Dumas Banpol,” tuturnya.

“Mengalami laporan Dumas Banpol. Itu tidak mungkin langsung ditangkap.Ranah hukum itu, harus ada pemanggilan dulu, mintak keterangan informasi dulu. Kalau melapor dengan Dumas Banpol itu di lengkapi dengan bukti yang lengkap. Jangan sampai seperti mantan klien kami, dasar penangkapan itu Dumas banpol,” tegas Desri.

Sementara itu, advokat Philipus Pito Sogen. S.H, menuturkan, mengenai Dumas Banpol pihaknya mengapresiasi program bapak Kapolda, karena membantu masyarakat sehingga mudah membuat pengaduan. Tapi dalam membuat pengaduan Dumas Banpol harus dilengkapi nomor telpon sehingga bisa dikonfirmasi oleh polisi.

“Mengenai penindaklanjutan dari Dumas banpol, itu adalah petunjuk awal. Selanjutnya harus melalui prosedur untuk penyidikannya. Polisi jangan langsung menangkap, tapi harus melalui penyelidikan,” bebernya.

Ditempat yang sama Rizky Tri Saputra,SH, berharap Dumas Banpol harus valid pelaporannya. Contoh foto cuman kandang. Itu ada informasi lebih lanjut agar bisa diproses lebih lanjut.

“Sebagai contoh, mantan klien kami dipanggil langsung ditangkap. Harusnya ada penyelidikan terlebih dahulu” tegasnya.

“Kita pernah mengalami laporan Dumas Banpol. Itu tidak mungkin langsung ditangkap.Ranah hukum itu, harus ada pemanggilan dulu, mintak keterangan informasi dulu. Kalau melapor dengan Dumas Banpol itu di lengkapi dengan bukti yang lengkap. Jangan sampai seperti mantan klien kami, dasar penangkapan itu Dumas banpol,” tegas Desri. (**)
