Palembang, beritaterkini.co.id -Bakal calon Gubernur (Bacagub ) Sumsel Herman Deru (HD) berharap, Partai PDI Perjuangan ikut mendukungnya dalam Pilgub Sumsel November 2024 mendatang.
Hal ini diungkapkan Gubernur Sumsel periode 2018-2023 tersebut, saat mengembalikan formulir pendaftaran Bacagub dari PDIP Sumsel, di kantor DPD PDI Perjuangan Sumsel, Senin (20/5/2024).
“Kami sengaja datang ke tim penjaringan Balonkada DPD PDIP Sumsel, mengantarkan formulir yang telah dilengkapi dari persyaratan yang diberikan partai.Kami mengucapkan terima kasih setinggi-tingginya, dan merasa terhormat dalam suasana kekeluargaan, dan penyerahan ini wujud keseriusan kami dalam proses Pilkada 2024,” ujarnya.
Herman Deru berharap bisa bersama- sama PDIP untuk memenangkan kontestasi pilgub Sumsel.
Dia orang pertama yang mengambil formulir pendaftaran Bacagub di PDIP, dan dalam pengembalian dilakukan di hari terakhir bertepatan dengan hari Kebangkitan Nasional.
“Dalam pengambilan formulir kita pertama dan pengembalian di hari terakhir, bukan suatu kebetulan dengan rencana besar.Tapi berkas kami benar- benar dikoreksi memenuhi syarat administrasi, baru selanjutnya kelengkapan administrasi ini jadi pertimbangan PDIP menilai keseriusan dalam mengusung Balonkada,” bebernya.
Herman Deru menuturkan, PDIP adalah partai besar yang meraih 9 kursi di DPRD Sumsel hasil Pemilu Legislatif (Pileg) 14 Februari lalu, sedangkan NasDem yang diketuai Herman Deru meraih 10 kursi.
Deru menilai PDIP ke depan bukan hanya pelengkap dirinya untuk bisa diusung minimal 20 persen kursi DPRD (15 kursi), namun bersama-sama bisa berjuang.
“Harapan besar kita nanti dapat diusung PDIP di Pilgub Sumsel, bukan untuk melengkapi tapi untuk bersama-sama dalam perjuangan.Bukan mencari kelengkapan persyaratan, tapi betul- betul baik mulai pra dan pasca Pilkada, bisa membangun Sumsel secara formal dan non formal, ” tuturnya.
Sementara itu, Ketua tim penjaringan Balonkada DPD PDIP Sumsel Robby B Puruhita mengatakan, dari 7 nama yang mengambil formulir pendaftaran dengan rincian 5 Bacagub (Herman Deru, Mawardi Yahya, Heri Amalindo, Eddy Santana Putra dan Holda), dan 2 balon Wakil Gubernur (Meli Mustika dan Harnojoyo).
“Dari yang mengembalikan, lima bacagub mengembalikan dan satu balon Wagub yang mengembalikan,” bebernya.
Dia menuturkan, nama- nama yang telah mengembalikan formulir pendaftaran itu nantinya akan diserahkan ke DPP, dengan dilakukan wawancara terbatas dan dilakukan survei sebelum keluar rekomendasi dari DPP PDIP. “Pastinya untuk tahap selanjutnya, kita menunggu arahan DPP, “pungkasnya. (**)
