Dalam arahannya Kabid Propam Polda Sumsel menyampaikan kepada Personil satker Polda Sumsel dan jajarannya terkait dengan kepatuhan kita terhadap aturan dan ketentuan internal Polri yaitu peraturan disiplin kode etik maupun juga peraturan secara umum dalam rangka mencegah dan mitigasi pelanggaran intinya adalah kepatuhan terhadap aturan tersebut kita mulai dari hal yang terkecil contohnya apel pagi, apel pagi kalau kita dengar tadi jumlah kita apel itu 2000, tidak hadir itu seribuan ya, artinya cukup banyak seimbang dengan anggota kita yang ada disini, apakah itu ada di Mako, maupun ada diluar Mako hari ini tentunya banyak rekan kita yang bertugas di Lubuklinggau sekitarnya dan juga dijajaran hukum Polres lahat karena ada pengamanan VVIP ucap Alumni Akpol 94
Kabid Propam Polda Sumsel menghimbau dan mengajak kepada seluruh Satker bisa melakukan waskat terhadap Personilnya yang tidak hadir dicek kembali kehadiran ataupun keberadaan rekan rekan tersebut agar mungkin kalau apabila ada sesuatu kejadian atau hal sesuatu keadaan bisa kita minimalisir pelanggaran, Kemudian yang kedua terkait dengan ketertiban parkir, untuk mengingatkan kembali kepada rekan rekan sudah ada aturan bahwa untuk memasuki Mapolda sudah ditentukan untuk pangkat dan jabatan Kompol keatas menggunakan roda empat kemudian untuk Pama ke bawah menggunakan roda dua tambahnya ,Agus juga mengharapkan untuk dipatuhi agar tertib dilingkungan Mapolda dan juga disekitarnya supaya rekan rekan bisa parkir tidak menghalangi akses bangunan maupun ruko sehingga nanti tidak ada komplain dari masyarakat atau penduduk di sekitar Mapolda Sumsel ucapnya, kemudian yang ketiga terkait dengan seragam Polri Kabid Propam mengharapkan Personil Polda Sumsel Jajarannya menggunakan seragam Polri yang ditentukan sesuai ketentuan dan aturan yang berlaku, baik itu berseragam maupun tidak berseragam tandasnya (**)
