beritaterkini. co. id-DENPASAR | Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Bali melalui Rumah Detensi Imigrasi (Rudenim) Denpasar dalam 3 hari terakhir telah mendeportasi 16 WN Taiwan dari 103 orang penyalahguna izin tinggal dan pelaku kejahatan siber tempo hari di Bali. WNA tersebut adalah CSJ (31), CKM (36), LXD (26), JCJ (32), CYH (39) yang telah dideportasi pada Jumat malam 28 Juni 2024, sedangkan untuk TYH (21), LYH (35), STC (23), THC (32), CCW (18), LXX (27), WCY (31), CCH (20), CHY (21), CHK (34) dan LCW (26) telah dideportasi pada Minggu petang 30 Juni 2024.
Sebelumnya diketahui seluruh WNA tersebut telah diamankan Operasi Bali Becik pada Rabu, 26 Juni 2024. Plh. Kepala Rumah Detensi Imigrasi Denpasar Gustaviano Napitupulu menjelaskan operasi kendali pusat Direktorat Pengawasan dan Penindakan Keimigrasian Ditjen Imigrasi dengan melibatkan seluruh UPT Keimigrasian di Bali tersebut telah berhasil mengamankan 103 WNA yang terdiri dari 12 perempuan dan 91 laki-laki di sebuah villa di Kecamatan Marga, Kabupaten Tabanan, Bali. Hasil pemeriksaan sejak penangkapan di villa menunjukkan bahwa mereka melanggar Pasal 75 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2011 tentang Keimigrasian. Mereka didapati menyalahgunakan izin tinggal dengan melakukan penipuan atau scamming melalui internet. Sesuai ketentuan tersebut bahwa “Pejabat Imigrasi berwenang melakukan Tindakan Administratif Keimigrasian terhadap Orang Asing yang berada di Wilayah Indonesia yang melakukan kegiatan berbahaya dan patut diduga membahayakan keamanan dan ketertiban umum atau tidak menghormati atau tidak menaati peraturan perundang-undangan”.
Gustaviano menambahkan bahwa jajarannya akan bekerja secara maraton untuk dapat segera mendeportasi sisa WNA tersebut dan mengusulkan penangkalannya ke Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi. “Sesuai Pasal 102 Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2011 tentang Keimigrasian, penangkalan dapat dilakukan paling lama enam bulan dan setiap kali dapat diperpanjang paling lama enam bulan. Selain itu keputusan penangkalan seumur hidup dapat dikenakan terhadap Orang Asing yang dianggap dapat mengganggu keamanan dan ketertiban umum. Namun demikian keputusan penangkalan lebih lanjut akan diputuskan Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi dengan melihat dan mempertimbangkan seluruh kasusnya” tutup Gustav.
Kepala Kantor Wilayah Kemenkumham Bali, Pramella Yunidar Pasaribu menyampaikan deportasi 16 WN Taiwan ini merupakan bukti komitmen Kanwil Kemenkumham Bali dalam menegakkan hukum keimigrasian. Pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh para WNA tersebut tidak dapat ditoleransi dan harus ditindak tegas. Para WNA Taiwan tersebut terbukti menyalahgunakan izin tinggal dengan melakukan penipuan melalui internet. Hal ini melanggar Pasal 75 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2011 tentang Keimigrasian.
Pramella menegaskan bahwa WNA yang berada di Indonesia harus menghormati dan menaati peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Jika ada yang melanggar, maka akan ditindak tegas sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku. “Kami menghimbau kepada seluruh WNA yang berada di Indonesia untuk menghormati dan menaati peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Jika ada yang melanggar, maka akan ditindak tegas sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku,” tegas Pramella.(red/kyn)
