beritaterkini.co.id-DENPASAR | Inspektorat Jenderal Angkatan Darat (Itjenad) menggelar kegiatan Taklimat Awal Pengawasan Audit Kinerja Itjenad Tahun Anggaran 2024 di Makodam IX/Udayana, Senin, 1 Juli 2024.
Hal tersebut dilakukan sebagai langkah awal dalam proses audit kinerja di lingkungan Kodam IX/Udayana Tahun Anggaran 2024, untuk memastikan Satuan Jajaran Kodam IX/Udayana melaksanakan tugasnya, dengan berpedoman pada program yang telah ditetapkan, taat asas dan taat aturan serta meminimalisir kemungkinan terjadinya penyimpangan yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap pencapaian sasaran program satuan.
Hal tersebut disampaikan Pangdam IX/Udayana Mayjen TNI Bambang Trisnohadi dalam sambutan tertulisnya yang dibacakan Irdam IX/Udayana Brigjen TNI Harpuddin Daing, saat acara Taklimat Awal Tim Pengawasan Audit Kinerja Itjenad di Kodam IX/Udayana, yang dipimpin Irren Itben Itjenad Brigjen TNI Triyono beserta 11 orang anggota tim di Ruang Rupatama Syafiudin Kodam IX/Udayana, Jalan Udayana Nomor 1 Denpasar Senin, 1 Juli 2024.
Selanjutnya, Pangdam menyampaikan, bahwa kegiatan Audit Kinerja Itjenad Tahun Anggaran 2024 juga berperan sebagai pengawas internal, yang keberadaannya akan sangat bermanfaat bagi satuan yang menjadi obyek pengawasan, sebelum diperiksa oleh pengawas eksternal.
Agar kegiatan ini berjalan lancar, Pangdam mengharapkan kepada para pejabat yang menjadi obyek pemeriksaan, agar memberikan keterangan maupun data yang diperlukan, guna mempermudah Tim untuk melaksanakan tugasnya, sehingga dapat berjalan sesuai harapan kita bersama.
“Manfaatkan kegiatan ini dengan sebaik-baiknya, agar pencapaian hasil program kerja untuk satu tahun anggaran ke depan dapat lebih efektif dan efisien,” tegasnya.
Diharapkan, adanya arahan dan solusi terbaik dari Tim Itjenad, guna menghindari permasalahan dikemudian hari. Kegiatan Post Audit Itjenad kali ini berlangsung selama 18 hari, dimulai 1 Juli hingga 18 Juli 2024.
Sementara itu, dalam sambutan Irjenad Letjen TNI Erwin Djatniko yang dibacakan Ketua Tim Pengawasan Audit Kinerja Itjenad Brigjen TNI Triyono menyampaikan, bahwa maksud dan tujuan dari kegiatan pengawasan dan pemeriksaan ini dilaksanakan, untuk menilai efektivitas dan efesien penyelenggaraan program kerja dan anggaran yang sudah dilaksanakan guna memberikan gambaran, sehingga memberi keyakinan, bahwa tugas pokok yang dilaksanakan sesuai prinsip-prinsip dan ketentuan yang berlaku dan berdasarkan data-data yang ada di lapangan.
Selanjutnya, Kegiatan Taklimat Awal Pengawasan Audit Kinerja Itjenad TA 2024 di Kodam IX/Udayana dilanjutkan dengan pemaparan tentang program kerja Tahun Anggaran 2023/2024 yang sedang berjalan oleh Waasrendam IX/Udayana. (red/kyn).
