SURABAYA, WWW.BERITATERKINI.CO.ID, Kebakaran bisa terjadi kapan saja, dimana saja dan tidak mengenal waktu dan tempat, guna mengantisipasi kejadian tersebut puluhan Prajurit yang berdinas di Pusat Pendidikan Lanjutan Perwira (Pusdiklapa) Komando Pendidikan Operasi Laut (Kodikopsla) Komando Pembinaan Doktrin pendidikan dan Latihan TNI Angkatan Laut (Kodiklatal) menggelar latihan Penanggulangan kebakaran skala kecil dan menengah yang dipusatkan dilapangan Apel Pusdiklapa Kesatrian Bumimoro Kodiklatal, Rabu, (12/8).
Latihan yang melibatkan prajurit strata perwira Bintara, Tamtama dan Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) Pusdiklapa ini mendapat Inspeksi langsung Komandan Pusdiklapa Kolonel Laut (P) Musleh Yadi, S.E. dan Komandan Pusat Penyelamatan Kapal Nuklir Biokimia (Danpuspeknubika) Kodiklatal Kolonel Laut (T) Ardiansyah, S.E., S.T., M.T.
Disela sela pelaksanaan Latihan Komandan Pusdiklapa Kolonel Laut (P) Musleh Yadi, S.E menyampaikan bahwa latihan ini merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan profesionalisme dibidang penanggulangan bahaya kebaran prajurit Pusdiklapa yang tidak menutup kemungkinan terjadi sewaktu-waktu di Kesatrian Pusdiklapa.
Adapun dalam latihan tersebut para peserta mempraktekan langsung penggulangan kebakaran skala kecil dan sedang dengan menggunakan Alat Pemadam Ringan (Apar) yang telah tersedia dibeberapa sudut rungan Pusdiklapa. Pemakaian Apar ini sekaligus mengecek kondisi peralatan untuk digunakan sewaktu waktu apabila terjadi kedaruratan.
Selain pemadaman dengan Apar para prajurit Pusdiklapa yang dibantu personil PMK Denmako Kodiklatal, juga mempraktekkan dengan menggunakan Mobil Pemadam Kebakaran. Dalam kesempatan tersebut juga disimulasikan penanganan korban kebakaran dan patah tulang dengan melibatkan Satuan kesehatan (Satkes) Kodiklatal.
Sementara itu Komandan Puspeknubika Kolonel Laut (T) Ardiansyah, S.E., S.T., M.T menyampaikan bahwa kecepatan dan kemampuan personil dalam menggunakan Apar sangat menentukan proses terjadinya kebakaran. Menurutnya kesalahan sekecil apapaun dalam penanganan kebakaran akan berakibat fatal baik personil dan material, untuk itu para prajurit harus mengetahui akan tugas dabn tanggung jawabnya sesuai buku induk tempur.
