*Kepala Bappenas Laporkan Capaian Kerja Tahun 2019 Kepada Komisi XI DPR*

Menteri Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional (PPN)/Kepala Bappenas Suharso Monoarfa mengikuti Rapat Kerja dengan Komisi XI DPR RI mengenai Pembahasan Laporan Keuangan Kementerian PPN/Bappenas APBN 2019, pada Hari Rabu, 26 Agustus 2020, di Gedung DPR RI, Jakarta.

Pada tahun 2019 penyerapan anggaran Kementerian PPN/Bappenas sebesar 86,34%, sisanya merupakan hasil efisiensi namun pencapaian target tetap 100%.

“Pada tahun 2019, Kementerian PPN/Bappenas memiliki pagu anggaran sebesar Rp.1.836,61 Miliar, realisasi penyerapan yang telah tercapai sebesar 86,34%, sisanya merupakan hasil efisiensi anggaran” ujar Menteri.

 

Efisiensi anggaran tahun 2019 di Kementerian PPN adalah hasil dari efisiensi beberapa kegiatan seperti Pengadaan Data Center dimana nilai kontrak lebih rendah dibanding Harga Perkiraan Sendiri (HPS). Kemudian hasil efisiensi perjalanan dinas dengan memfokuskan pada beberapa wilayah yang akan dikunjungi terutama pada pelaksanaan penyusunan RPJMN 2020-2024.

Menteri juga menyampaikan mengenai program perencanaan pembangunan nasional yang telah dijalankan oleh Bappenas pada tahun 2019. Terdapat 11 program yang menjadi pencapaian kerja yakni: Visi Indonesia 2045, Penyusunan RPJMN 2020-2024, Penyusunan RKP Tahun 2020, Perencanaan Pemindahan Ibu Kota Negara (IKN), Indonesia Development Forum (IDF), Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Model Inovasi Pembangunan, Desk Papua dan Papua Barat, Desk Aceh, Alokasi dan Integrasi Sumber Pendanaan Pembangunan, serta Rehabilitasi Gedung Kantor Kementerian PPN.

Dalam opini Badan Pengawas Keuangan (BPK) terhadap laporan keuangan Kementerian PPN/Bappenas tahun 2019, Kementerian PPN/Bappenas kembali meraih predikat Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian (WTP). Predikat ini sudah 12 kali diraih oleh Bappenas sejak tahun 2008 hingga 2019.

“Pencapaian tingkat kualitas tata kelola pemerintahan Kementerian PPN/Bappenas ditandai dari perolehan Opini WTP dari BPK dan Nilai RB yang mencapai 82,48 (predikat A) serta Penilaian SAKIP dari Kementerian PAN dan RB mencapai 81,19 (predikat A),” ujar Menteri.
