Mengharukan, Begini Momen Kapolda Riau Kunjungi SD 10 Batu Sasak di Pelosok Kabupaten Kampar

RIAU – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Kapolda Riau, Irjen Polisi Agung Setya Imam Effendi mengunjungi SD 10 yang terletak di Dusun Sialang Harapan, Desa Batu Sasak, Kabupaten Kampar pada Kamis siang, (31/10/2019).

Untuk sampai di SD 10 Batu Sasak, mantan Kapolres Bengkulu tersebut menggunakan helikopter dan mendarat di Lapangan Desa Batu Sasak.

Ia kemudian menggunakan jalur darat sekitar 30 menit untuk sampai di lokasi dengan melewati jalanan terjal hingga menerobos sungai.

Dalam kesempatan tersebut jenderal bintang dua tersebut didampingi Kabid Humas Polda Riau Kombes Sunarto, serta Kapolres Kampar AKBP Asep Darmawan.

Sesampainya di lokasi, ia disambut penuh haru oleh para guru, siswa dan masyarakat setempat. Karena baru kali ini Kapolda Riau mengunjungi SD 10 Desa Batu Sasak.

Mantan Direktur Tindak Pidana Ekonomi Khusus Mabes Polri itu juga sempat menjadi guru matematika dan disambut penuh antusias oleh para siswa.

Bahkan ada salah satu siswa yang bercita-cita menjadi polisi agar bisa menolong orang banyak.

Hampir dua jam Kapolda Riau bercengkrama dengan murid dan guru di sekolah tersebut. Sebelum berpisah, Irjen Agung sempat menandatangani prasasti dan foto bersama dengan seluruh murid dan tenaga pengajar SD 10 Desa Batu Sasak serta memberikan bingkisan untuk guru dan murid-murid di sana.

Dalam kesempatan itu ia mengatakan bahwa Indonesia ke depan membutuhkan generasi terdidik dalam melalui pembekalan pengetahuan di lembaga pendidikan.

“Kita tentu ingin mewujudkan manusia unggul, dan ini salah satunya ada di Desa Batu Sasak. Sekolah ini menginspirasi kita, dan kita bantu mewujudkan bagaimana agar anak anak ini maju dengan terus menimba ilmu. Ini hal baik, karena dengan pendidikan yang layak dan baik serta mendapat bekal pengetahuan, akan membawa mereka menjadi generasi gemilang,” ungkap Irjen Agung.

Ia juga memuji sikap dan tindakan yang dilakukan anggotanya untuk memperbaiki bangunan sekolah yang mengalami rusak parah, sehingga para siswa bisa belajar dengan baik.

Sebelumnya, Bripka Ralon Manurung dan istrinya rela menguras tabungan hingga belasan juta Rupiah hingga menjual perhiasan untuk biaya perbaikan SD 10 Batu Sasak.

Menurut Agung, apa yang dilakukan anggotanya sebagai sikap terpuji dan semata-mata demi mewujudkan Indonesia Maju melalui pendidikan.

Ia juga mengajak semua pihak untuk gotong royong memajukan pendidikan Indonesia.

“Kami ingin melihat langsung secara nyata, dan bersama-sama membangun serta mewujudkan Indonesia yang maju. Saya lihat, apa yang dilakukan anggota saya (Ralon, red) natural. Kita harus lihat ini sebagai sebuah nilai. Inilah kita, saling membantu saudara yang susah dan kekurangan. Sikap gotong royong harus terus dibangun, kebetulan hari ini di sini, itu dilakukan anggota kami,” tandas mantan Deputi Bidang Intelijen Siber BIN tersebut.

Kini, sekolah yang awal berdirinya hanya beralas tanah, berdinding kayu serta beratap terpal selama bertahun-tahun tersebut sudah jauh lebih layak, dengan dinding dan lantai semen, serta atap seng.

“Kami ucapkan terimakasih banyak. Kami semakin semangat, bahagia menerima bantuan ini. Kami juga senang atas kunjungan Pak Kapolda, dan bantuan Pak Ralon,” kata guru SD 10 sambil berurai air mata usai menerima kunjungan Irjen Agung.
