Kapolri Terbitkan Telegram Arahkan Jajaran Dorong Pemulihan Ekonomi

Kapolri Jenderal Pol Idham Azis menerbitkan Surat Telegram Kapolri berisi arahan kepada jajarannya untuk mempercepat penanganan COVID-19 dan mendorong pemulihan ekonomi nasional.

“Benar,” kata Jenderal Polisi Idham Azis di Jakarta, Rabu, terkait diterbitkannya surat telegram tersebut.

Arahan Kapolri itu sebagaimana tertuang dalam Surat Telegram Nomor: ST/2609/IX/OPS.2./2020 tertanggal 7 September 2020.

Instruksi berkaitan dengan percepatan penanganan COVID-19, yakni jajaran Polri diminta untuk mengidentifikasi dan memetakan tempat-tempat keramaian yang berpotensi menjadi klaster baru COVID-19, seperti mal, perkantoran, pasar, dan lain-lain.

Kedua, jajaran Polri diminta untuk membangun komunikasi dengan pemda, tokoh agama, dan tokoh masyarakat yang berpengaruh di wilayahnya masing-masing, agar membantu TNI-Polri dalam mengampanyekan protokol kesehatan.

Ketiga, jajaran agar meningkatkan disiplin dalam menerapkan protokol kesehatan di internal Polri dan tempat-tempat pelayanan Polri.

“Jangan sampai lingkungan internal Polri menjadi klaster baru COVID-19,” ujar Jenderal Polisi Idham.

Keempat, Kapolri meminta agar personel Polri yang ditugaskan di lapangan dalam keadaan sehat dan tidak memiliki riwayat sakit kronis, penyerta, bawaan dan rentan terpapar COVID-19.

Kelima, jajaran Polri agar memberikan perhatian dan perawatan intensif kepada anggota Polri dan keluarga yang terpapar COVID-19.

Keenam, jajaran agar menghindari tindakan kekerasan dan tindakan kontraproduktif lainnnya dalam mengawasi dan mendisiplinkan masyarakat mengenai penerapan protokol kesehatan.

Sedangkan mengenai upaya pemulihan ekonomi nasional, Jenderal Polisi Idham juga menginstruksikan beberapa hal kepada jajaran, yakni, pertama, mendorong dan mengawal percepatan belanja modal, belanja barang, belanja jasa dan belanja bansos dalam rangka mendukung pemulihan ekonomi nasional.

Kedua, agar mendampingi, berkoordinasi, kolaborasi dan komunikasi dengan pemda/pemkot, kejaksaan tinggi/ kejaksaan daerah untuk mempercepat penyerapan anggaran belanja modal, belanja barang, belanja jasa dan belanja bansos,

Ketiga, agar mendukung, mendorong dan mengawal produk-produk kearifan lokal, seperti produk herbal yang dapat membantu meningkatkan imunitas tubuh, kesehatan, stamina dan suplemen agar dapat berkembang dan membantu perekonomian masyarakat serta pemulihan ekonomi nasional (PEN).
