Padang, BeritaTerkini.co.id – Direktorat Reserse Narkoba (Ditnarkoba) Polda Sumatera Barat kembali berhasil menggagalkan 110 paket Ganja Kering dengan total berat 110 Kg yang siap edar.
Demikian disampaikan oleh Kabid Humas Polda Sumbar Kombes Pol Satake Bayu Setianto, SIK di Mapolda Sumbar saat konferensi pers yang didampingi Dirnarkoba Kombes Pol Wahyu Sri Bintoro, SIK, Wadirnarkoba AKBP Fery Herlambang, SIK dan Kasubbid Penmas AKBP Arlenawati.
“Ini adalah penangkapan terbesar semenjak baru dijabat oleh Direktur Narkoba yang baru,” kata Kombes Pol Satake Bayu kepada awak media, Kamis (17/09/20).
Sementara, Dirnarkoba Kombes Pol Wahyu menerangkan kronologis pengungkapan dimana dalam hal ini dilakukan penangkapan terhadap seorang pelaku berinisial RR (27) warga Lorong Masjid Jamik Palju Kecamatan Talang Putih, Kota Palembang, dengan TKP di Jalan Utama Durian Tarung, Kelurahan Bungo Pasang, Kec. Koto Tangah, Kota Padang, Sumatera Barat.
“Berdasarkan informasi dari masyarakat yang diperoleh tim opsnal Ditnarkoba, bahwa adanya pendistribusian diduga narkotika jenis ganja di daerah perbatasan Sumut menuju Sumbar dengan menggunakan mobil rental,” katanya.
Memperoleh informasi ini, selanjutnya tim melakukan penyelidikan dan pembuntutan terhadap satu unit kendaraan yang dicurigai dengan jenis kendaraan mobil Toyota Avanza. Kendaraan tersebut dicurigai masuk diwilayah kota Padang dan diturunkan di daerah Tabing dan menuju sebuah rumah di TKP.
“Kemudian dilakukan penangkapan terhadap pelaku RR yang sedang memikul barang bukti ganja. Saat dilakukan penggeledahan, ditemukan dan disita barang bukti berupa 110 paket besar diduga ganja dibungkus plastik warna putih,” terangnya.
Lanjutnya, dari hasil interogasi terhadap RR diketahui barang bukti ini akan dibawa ke Jakarta sesuai instruksi dari seseorang berinisial NN.
“Pelaku sudah 2 (dua) kali membawa ganja dari Penyabungan Provinsi Sumut,” ujarnya.
Modus operandi adalah penyimpan Narkotika jenis Ganja dalam sebuah rumah kosong untuk di bawa ke Jakarta.
“Pasal yang disangkakan Pasal 114 ayat (2) Sub Pasal 111 ayat (2) UU No 35 tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika,” pungkasnya.
