Jika Pasar Malam Di Nilai Telah Memenuhi Prokes Dan Membantu UMKM Masyarakat, Lantas Kenapa Kok Malah Ditutup
BANYUASIN– Menyikapi penutupan lokasi hiburan pasar malam di Desa Sugihwaras Kecamatan Muara Sugihan, Kabupaten Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan yang belakangan ini menjadi buah bibir di beberapa kalangan masyarakat.
Ketua Persatuan UMKM Montana Sumatera Selatan, Simon menyesalkan atas kesalahanpahaman atau persepsi akan kegiatan pasar malam di beberapa kalangan masyarakat.
“Kami amat menyesalkan terjadinya kesalahpahaman atau persepsi ini terhadap kegiatan pasar malam tersebut” ungkap Simon kepada awak media kemarin.
Menurutnya, pasar malam yang di laksanakan sekarang ini bukan seperti pasar malam yang pada umumnya dalam benak halayak orang banyak lainnya. “Karena kegiatan ini diselenggarakan murni untuk membangkitkan perekonomian masyarakat melalui sektor UMKM khususnya UMKM yang tergabung dalam Montana ini.”katanya.
”Dalam penyelengaraannya, kegiatan ini kami menyadari masih banyak yang harus di perbaiki terutama dalam pengawasan protokol kesehatan. Untuk itu, kami akan memperbaikinya sesuai dengan ketentuan protokol kesehatan yang di ajurkan pemerintah” tegasnya.
Sementara itu, Emi Sumirta selaku Anggota DPRD Banyuasin Dapil 4 saat di mintai klarifikasi terkait pemberitaan beberapa hari yang lalu mengenai kegiatan pasar malam ini. Ia mengatakan bahwa dari awal yang kita pertanyakan ialah terkait dengan protokol kesehatan, bukan untuk di tutup.
“Saya hanya mempertanyakan masalah kesiapan panyelenggara terkait protokol kesehatan dalam kegiatan tersebut, seperti tempat cuci tangan, pengunaan masker, jaga jarak dan cek suhu tubuh para pengunjung. Bukan untuk di tutup” tegas EMI dalam pesan Whatsapp-Nya, pada Rabu (28/10/2020) siang.
Emi menambahkan jika penyelenggaraan tersebut, telah dan sudah memenuhi protokol kesehatan sesuai dengan ajuran pemerintah. Maka tidak ada alasan untuk melarang kegiatan tersebut.
“Apabila kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat dengan tetap mematuhi protokol kesehatan tentunya kegiatan ini sangatlah produktif”, tuturnya.
Masih dikatakan Emi, kapasitas selalu anggota DPRD tidak memiliki hak dan wewenang untuk melarang atau mengijinkannya. “Kami lakukan ini merupakan salah satu bentuk fungsi yang melekat di setiap anggota DPRD yakni fungsi pengawasan. Selaku anggota DPRD saya harus melindungi, mengayomi semua lapisan masyarakat termasuk juga masyarakat yang tergabung dalam UMKM Montana ini.” tandasnya.
Samsul Rizal selaku Sekertaris Komisi II DPRD Banyuasin sependapat dengan apa yang di sampaikan oleh Emi Sumirta sebelumnya. Walaupun kegiatan pasar malam ini dilaksanakan guna membantu roda perekonomian masyarakat sekitar namun harus tetap jalan dengan mematuhi protokol kesehatan.
“Kepada Koprindag dan instansi yang terkait jika memungkinkan untuk menjalin kerjasama dengan UMKM di Kabupaten Banyuasin untuk menggelar kegiatan di setiap kecamatan guna percepatan pemulihan perekonomian masyarakat terutama masyarakat yang bergerak di bidang UMKM” pungkas Samsul. (Red/Danu)
