PT Pertamina (Persero) memastikan kenyamanan konsumen dengan mencukupi kebutuhan energi masyarakat di momen libur panjang dan cuti bersama Maulid Nabi.
Kali ini, melalui Marketing Operation Region (MOR) III menambah pasokan LPG subsidi 3 kilogram (Kg) secara bertahap mulai Selasa (27/10) di wilayah Bandung Raya dan Priangan Timur.
Total tambahan pasokan LPG untuk wilayah Bandung Raya dan Priangan Timur adalah sekitar 7,4 persen, yakni lebih dari 870 ribu tabung atau sekitar 2.600 metric ton (MT), dari rata-rata penyaluran normal harian yang lebih dari 11 juta tabung atau sekitar lebih dari 35 ribu MT.
Pasokan fakultatif atau penambahan alokasi LPG 3 Kg ini bersifat situasional, atau dilakukan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat.
“Kami memperkirakan adanya peningkatan kebutuhan LPG karena sebagian besar masyarakat dan usaha mikro mulai beraktivitas kembali.
Momen libur panjang turut membuat kebutuhan memasak meningkat, terutama karena wilayah Bandung Raya dan Priangan Timur termasuk jalur wisata,” jelas Unit Manager Communication Relations & CSR MOR III Eko Kristiawan.
Eko menjelaskan, pada kondisi normal, rata-rata penyaluran LPG 3 Kg untuk wilayah Bandung Raya (Kota Bandung, Kabupaten Bandung, Kabupaten Bandung Barat, Kota Cimahi, dan Kabupaten Sumedang) mencapai lebih dari 23 ribu tabung LPG 3 Kg per hari.
Sementara itu, untuk wilayah Priangan Timur (Garut, Kota Tasikmalaya, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, Ciamis, Banjar, dan Pangandaran) mencapai lebih dari 12 ribu tabung LPG 3 Kg per hari.
Selain pasokan normal tersebut, di wilayah Bandung Barat Pertamina menambahkan pasokan LPG 3 Kg sebanyak lebih dari 520 ribu tabung.
Sementara di Priangan Timur, penambahannya mencapai lebih dari 340 ribu tabung.
Tambahan pasokan ini dilakukan selama masa libur panjang dan cuti bersama Maulid Nabi, pekan ini.
Eko menambahkan, masyarakat yang berhak dapat membeli LPG subsidi 3 Kg dengan mudah di pangkalan LPG resmi Pertamina yang tersebar hingga seluruh desa di wilayah Bandung Raya dan Priangan Timur.
“Dengan membeli di pangkalan resmi Pertamina, masyarakat akan memperoleh harga sesuai dengan Surat Keputusan Walikota atau Bupati yang berlaku,” ujarnya.
Sesuai dengan Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 104 Tahun 2007 tentang Penyediaan, Pendistribusian, dan Penetapan Harga Liquefied Petroleum Gas Tabung 3 Kilogram, LPG 3 Kg bersubsidi diperuntukkan hanya bagi masyarakat kurang mampu dan usaha mikro.
Usaha mikro adalah usaha dengan aset maksimal 50 juta dan omset maksimal 300 juta per tahun.
Sedangkan untuk usaha kecil, menengah, dan atas, serta masyarakat yang tergolong mampu diharapkan menggunakan LPG Non Subsidi Bright Gas 5,5 Kg dan 12 Kg agar pendistribusian LPG subsidi lebih tepat sasaran.
