MAJALENGKA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Polisi resmi menahan Irfan Nur Alam, anak Bupati Majalengka Karna Sobahi dalam kasus penembakan terhadap kontraktor.
Ia ditahan usai menjalani pemeriksaan selama sekitar 9 jam di Polres Majalengka.
“Itu hak preogratif penyidik, subyektivitas penyidik. Kita tidak bisa mengelak,” kata penasehat hukum Irfan, Kristiwanto kepada awak media, Sabtu (16/11/2019).
Dia menegaskan pihaknya akan mengajukan penangguhan penahanan, karena selama ini kliennya bersikap kooperatif.
“Klien kami koperatif. Upaya kita akan melayangkan surat penagguhan penahanan, segera kita lakukan,” kata Kris.
Sebelumnya, polisi memeriksa tersangka Irfan Nur Alam, anak kedua Bupati Majalengka Karna Sobahi, berkaitan kasus penembakan yang melukai tangan Panji Pamungkasandi. Proses pemeriksaan berlangsung di ruangan Unit Pidana Umum (Pidum) Sat Reskrim Polres Majalengka. Irfan didampingi tim penasihat hukum.
“Saudara IN (Irfan Nur Alam) statusnya masih pemeriksaan. Bersangkutan didampingi empat pengacara,” kata Kasat Reskrim Polres Majalengka AKP M Wafdan Muttaqien kepada awak media, Jumat (15/11/2019).
