JAKARTA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Ketua Umum Partai Nasdem, Surya Paloh mengatakan bahwa Presiden Joko Widodo memiliki kepedulian dalam menyiapkan generasi muda di masa yang akan datang.
Menurut Paloh, hal itu dibuktikan saat Presiden Jokowi mengangkat 7 Staf Khusus (Status) dari kelompok milenial.
Dia menganggap 7 stafsus milenial Jokowi seperti anak magang dalam sebuah perusahaan.
“Saya pikir bagus sekali, bagaimanapun itu adalah merupakan satu pembuktian bahwa pemerintah di bawah kepemimpinan Jokowi betul-betul mempersiapkan transformasi regenerasi,” kata Surya Paloh usai acara HUT DPW Partai Nasdem Jatim ke 8 di JX International, Sabtu, (23/11/2019).
Dia mengatakan jika para stafsus Presiden Jokowi seperti magang dalam perusahaan yang bekerja dalam membuat program dan menyelesaikan masalah negara.
“Ini saya pikir gambarannya, dipersiapkan sedemikian paling tidak ini adalah katakanlah pelatihan, di sekolah di kampus namanya, magang kita kenal itu. Mereka diberikan kesempatan sebagai teman diskusinya,” jelas Paloh.
Selain untuk membuat ide dan menyelesaikan masalah, 7 stafsus presiden ini juga diajak untuk memberikan masukan kepada Jokowi.
“Jokowi membutuhkan feeding masukan dari para kaum milenial yang diberikan kesempatan secara resmi menjadi staf khusus. Saya pikir itu satu kebijakan yang patut diapresiasi
Seperti diketahui 7 staf khusus yang diangkat oleh Presiden Jokowi adalah anak muda atau dari kalangan milennial. Ketujuh staf tersebut yakni CEO Ruang Guru Adamas Belva Syah Devara (29), CEO dan Founder Creativepreneur Putri Indahsari Tanjung (23), CEO Amarta Andi Taufan Garuda Putra (32), Perumus Pergerakan Sabang Merauke Ayu Kartika Dewi (36), Founder pusat belajar Kitong Bisa asal Papua Gracia Billy Mambrasar, Pendiri Thisable Enterprise Angkie Yudistia (32) dan mantan Ketua Umum PMII Aminuddin Ma’ruf(33).
