Kolaborasi antara Hefrizal perwakilan Asosiasi Pengusaha Bumiputra Nusantara Indonesia (ASPRINDO) dibidang kompetensi Digital Marketing dengan Arif alias Abim perwakilan ASIDEWI dibidang pemandu wisata, menjadi tumpuan bagi masyarakat desa Wae Lolos untuk memberikan masukan dan arahan dibidang kompetensinya masing-masing.
Marwan salah satu peserta program sekaligus Ketua Penyelenggara pendampingan SDM desa Wae Lolos menyebutkan, “kami sangat senang dengan adanya program tersebut, karena banyak masukan-masukan yang kami terima dari program pendampingan tersebut, harapan saya program ini terus berkelanjutan sehingga kami dapat melaksanakan arahan tersebut dengan baik, untuk kemajuan desa kami menjadi desa wisata mandiri”.
Kepala Desa Wae Lolos Gervinus Toni, ditempat yang berbeda juga mengatakan bahwa antara masyarakat desa dengan team pendamping SDM mampu berbaur dengan baik dan saling bahu membahu untuk membangun desa Wae Lolos dibidang Pariwisata.
“Saya selaku kepala desa juga memberikan masukan dan kendala yang ada kepada team pendamping SDM yang ditempatkan di desa kami khususnya dari infrastruktur serta sarana dan prasarana yang ada, dengan harapan agar masukan dari saya khususnya masyarakat desa dapat dicarikan solusinya.
