Kelangkaan minyak goreng di sejumlah pasar di Jembrana telah terjadi sejak sebulan lalu, hingga kini belum ada upaya nyata dari pemerintah untuk mengatasi kelangkaan tersebut.
Disamping langka, harganyapun terus mengalami kenaikan. Saat ini harga minyak goreng sawit super dalam kemasan Rp 25 ribu per liter. Padahal sebelum terjadi kelangkaan harganya hanya Rp 16 ribu per liternya.
“Sekarang masih susah nyari minyak goreng super. Harganyapun sangat mahal. Banyak pembeli yang mengeluh,” ujar Ibu Jero, salah seorang pedagang di pasar Jembrana, Selasa (8/3/2022).
Sejumlah warga berharap, pihak terkait segera mengatasi kelangkaan ini, termasuk menurunkan harga karena. Kondisi ini berpengaruh pada sektor usaha mikro lainnya di Jembrana.
Banyak pelaku usaha UMKM atau usaha rumahan terpaksa menghentikan kegiatan usahanya karena harga minyak goreng super yang sangat mahal. Seperti usaha kripik singkong, usaha krupuk dan usaha-usaha kecil lainnya.
