YBH-SSB Terima Laporan Dari Nasabah Salah Satu Bank Terkait Sertifikat Tidak Kunjung Diterima

Palembang, Berita Terkini. Co. Id Nasabah meski telah melunasi kredit perumahan di bank BTN, namun hingga kini Nasriyah, warga Jl. Lettu Karim Kadir Mitra Permai Palembang, belum juga mendapat sertifikat rumah miliknya.

Hal itu dikatakan Nasriyah melalui kuasa hukumnya Sofhuan Yusfiansyah dari Yayasan Bantuan Hukum Sumatera Selatan Berkeadilan (YBH-SSB), minggu (19/6/2022). Menurut Sofhuan, kliennya Nasriyah telah mengambil kredit perumahan di Bank BTN Cabang Palembang pada 2007 silam. Dan pada  Juli 2017, kliennya telah melakukan pelunasan kredit tersebut.

“Namun, hingga kini klien kami belum juga mendapatkan sertfikat rumah dan berkas-berkas yang berkaitan. Bahkan setelah di konfirmasi ke pihak bank, diarahkan ke developer perumahan tersebut,” kata Sofhuan.

Senada dikatakan Ketua YBH-SSB, Sigit Muhaimin. Menurut dia, kliennya juga sudah pernah menghubungi developer perumahan, namun kliennya sulit di hubungi. Hingga tahun 2018, pihak developer berhasil dihubungi dan saat di bank Nasriyah hanya di perlihatkan berkass perumahan tetapi tidak termasuk sertifikat.

“Klien kami diarahkan untuk mengambil sertifikat menunggu konfirmasi dari bank selambatnya enam bulan dari saat itu,” kata Sofhuan.

Ditahun 2021 lalu, tambah Sofhuan, kliennya mendapat informasi dari pihak developer untuk menyiapkan uang Rp11 Juta, untuk mengeluarkan serfiikat rumah yang sudah dilunasinya. Padahal dalam akad kredit dinyatakan, apabila pembayaran perumahan sudah dilunasi, maka hak debitur harus diberikan tanpa biaya sepeserpun.

“Sampai saat ini, sertfikat klien kami belum dikeluarkan oleh pihak bank atau developer, dan belum ada titik terang,” kata dia.(RZP)
