Palembang, beritaterkini.co.id -Presidium jaringan aksi “98” Sumatera Selatan melakukan aksi solidaritas didepan Kantor Astra Credit Companies (ACC) Finance untuk melindungi hak konsumen, Jum’at (3/5/2024).
Aksi tersebut digelar untuk meminta penjelasan atas penarikan satu unit mobil Avanza tahu 2018 dengan nomor polisi BG 1503 R warna silver di daerah Jambi pada hari Kamis tanggal 25 April 2024 yang lalu.
Penarikan satu unit mobil tersebut dilakukan oleh oknum Debt kolektor yang mengaku dari leasing ACC Finance .
Namun menurut Kepala Cabang ACC Finance Aji Saputra menjelaskan bahwa awalnya costumer mengambil akad kredit kepada pihak ACC ditahun 2018 namun baru berjalan beberapa bulan sipihak customer tersebut meninggal dunia.
“Oleh Karena customer meninggal dunia maka pihak ahli waris mengajukan klaim asuransi jiwa tapi ditolak oleh pihak asuransi, dan sampai saat ini tidak ada komplain dari pihak customer, jadi pihak asuransi tidak tahu bahwa ada komplain dari pihak customer, selanjutnya setelah customer itu ditolak asuransinya tidak ada pembayaran angsuran sampai saat ini, artinya sudah 5 tahun lebih pembayarannya itu posisi nya menunggak”, beber Aji.
Dilanjutkan Aji bahwa disatu atau dua Minggu lalu karena tunggakan mobilnya sudah panjang dan lebih dari lima bulan akhirnya eskalasi naik kewilayah dan ke Hetopice sehingga ada penarikan unit.
“Penarikan unit itu kejadiannya di Jambi kalu gan salah dan customer melakukan aduan lagi bahwa kenapa mobilnya ditarik padahal sudah mengajukan klaim asuransi, ketika ada aduan seperti itulah dan dikarenakan sudah ada pergantian pejabat kami yang baru tau maka kami coba ajukan proses bandingnya lagi”, papar aji.
Aji menambahkan bahwa sebenarnya untuk agenda hari ini pihaknya sudah melakukan undangan ke pihak asuransi untuk datang karena ini adalah perjanjian tiga pihak, kontraknya antara pihak ACC dengan customer.
“yang artinya pihak customer mempunyai kewajiban untuk membayar hutang kepada pihak ACC sampai lunas sehingga mereka bisa mendapatkan BPKB, kemudian dari pihak customer dengan pihak asuransi juga ada perjanjian bahwa ketika nantinya ada kejadian maka pihak asuransi siap meng Cover, namun karena tidak di Cover kemaren makanya terjadi tunggakan”, jelas aji.
“Intinya kita disini masih butuh waktu, karena aduan dari pihak customer itu belum sampai satu Minggu dari hari ini dan sudah terpotong weekend dan sudah terpotong libur hari buruh nasional, makanya tanggapan dari asuransi belum ada,” tandasnya. (**)
